sorry man - my oldest cat is 19 so every day I wake up I’m worried I’ll find that she died in her sleep or something
she’s literally weighed about 7 or 8 lbs the entire time I’ve had her (my brother found her & the vet thought she was about 1 1/2 or 2) - she’s a tiny tortoiseshell
Both of mine are rescues. Both black other than a little white on the neck. Was a dog person until these two came along. The one left thinks I’m her play toy - smacks me on the heel when I walk by and grabs my toe if I’m lying down on the couch and not giving her attention.
the next cat I get, I’ll probably rescue a black kitten or something since they have a harder time getting adopted, and having a house panther would be the shit
Lost my baby girl today, had been vomiting a lot and losing weight, doc found cancer in her stomach today, was untreatable... very sad. Good bye Sophia, you are already missed. She was 13
Ironically, we just realized that our black cat passed away on Friday the 13th... went out in style, just like the diva she was.
Anyone have a reputable place to get Flovent for a Asthmatic cat in Canada? It’s $465 every two months in the US. I see a few places in Canada for $100 but don’t wanna get ripped off. Thanks in advance.
Brought home an 8 week old bengal kitten yesterday. I've never had a kitten so social and adaptive on their first day.
Ha. This resonates. My first cat was basically a doorbell. Lived out in back country on a gravel road, and he could hear that shit before anyone even knew what he was on about. He survived in coyote and hawk country for 17 years and didn’t get got, so he definitely knew a thing or two. He also had spidey senses when it came to any non-normal space opening up (door, closet, shed, etc.; he’d apparate to investigate.)
