Toledo, MAC (8-4) vs. Florida International, Sun Belt (6-6) Location: Ford Field, Detroit, Michigan Line: Toledo -1.5 (Opened at -2) Total: 56 (Opened at 56) 64% of the public on Toledo
CFB-Bowls-- 12/27--Little Caesar's Bowl Thinking about taking Toledo at -1.5 but isn't their starting QB out? They've beat better competition than Florida International but the whole QB thing is making me second guess. FIU needed wins against some complete shit tier teams to get to 6 wins. What do yall think?
Re: CFB-Bowls-- 12/27--Little Caesar's Bowl I wouldn't say they've beaten better competition at all. The MAC was terrible this year. FIU played tough in all 4 nonconference games against BCS competition and they beat Troy who thrashed Ohio last week in their bowl game. More often than not I'd say teams in the Sun Belt have more talent than teams from the MAC.
Game has an ACC officiating crew which I'm told is a good thing for the under. Perhaps Sem would be in a better position to confirm that.
+1.5 on bodog but that's splitting hairs we'll see what happens Also I don't really see an inspired FIU team after flying from Florida to Detroit the day after Christmas.
I think FIU will win but I'm certainly not overly confident about it. Seems like the public is on Toledo but the line is moving the other way. That's always cause for concern.
yah I can't decide how much I want to put on it, I use bodog but I hate having to wait forever to get my winnings back
don't know what to think about the line movement. gotta bet on someboby. gotta watch something with no NFL on tonight 50 bucks. Toledo. ML just a gut feeling
Well this game has gone horribly wrong in the last 7:00. Might buy myself off the under at half if I can and just take my loss on FIU.
2nd half total is 28.5. Could bet the over and get off the under for this game but I'm torn. Take out the 2 big runs and the defense played well in the 1st half but I just have a feeling the 2nd half is more likely to be a shootout than it is to be a defensive struggle.
tier three law school shit right there first bowl game in school history = definitely not going to be "inspired"
