Team grew up tonight. Second half shutout and offense looked as dominant as they did every other game. We can build on this.
Getting Battle back was apparently bigger than even I expected because we didn’t do anything different schematically except bring a little more pressure.
I say this with the caveat that UGA is ranked 3rd but that O is not even top 50, but I’m very impressed at the D effort in the second half. We actually made an adjustment or two, we brought some pressure and created a little havoc. At this point I don’t care how bad UGA’s QB is, I’m happy we can do that against anybody. Hopefully it creates some momentum on that side of the ball.
What a game. Offense looked great per usual. Mac really responded after looking a bit timid early. He was even better than the stats show. Great job by the OL all night. Defense looked so much better in the second half. Got some good stops. Got some turnovers and changed momentum. Moore is a star in the making. Great game but I’m glad that shit is over.
Idk how anybody doesn't have him #1 now, but they'll push for Lawrence. Hopefully he has another 400+ yard game against them in ATL. That would probably cement it.
Yeah, Sark has this thing really dialed in right now. Everything just works, and execution is pretty damn tight.
The drive after Bennett’s 3rd pick, where we just ran it down their throats and then Smith scored was so impressive.
