Pedro not being a RWB has led to both goals absolutely awful no call on a clear handball in the box and probable red card
Atmosphere is great around stadium. Basically border of Fulham/Chelsea. But tons of bars around kings road. Scary af Bouncers at all the bars legit only checking for Man City supporters.
Would love to send Costa to China, not sure if Lukaku is the answer but he'd at least have more pace.
I've been over him for a while. He's a great player when he wants to be but he's just not worth it. It at least seems like our latest season has top-flight strikers knocking down our door (if you believe any of the papers).
There are certainly some (myself included) that have criticized bringing back ake when he doesn't even make the bench but I don't think it is a coincidence that Alonso stepped his game up when another left footed player with LB and midfield experience joined the roster. I know conte Said that ake is a CB and he would "try" him at LWB but I am not completely buying that. I thought our biggest problem last season was lack of competition for spots because mourinho wouldn't play a younger player if his life depended on it and we had no veteran depth. Alonso had a little dip (potentially injury related) in December but he has been fantastic as others in defense seem to have lapses over the last month.
Morata gave an interview this week that said if he left Madrid it would be for the premier league and that if he went to the premier league it would be London. Also said he spoke to pochettino and conte last summer about moves and then spoke glowingly on conte. Said they have never worked together but conte brought him to juve, convinced him he could cut it at the highest level and tried to bring him to Chelsea right away after becoming our manager. I still think costa is gone this summer. Will be interesting to see who we would go after to replace him. Most have lukaku to Chelsea as a foregone conclusion but morata wouldn't shock me
