I think the expectation that he would come in and start regularly was misguided, though I think most of us would prefer to see him over notorious chance-waster Willian even after removing the bias for him most of us have as Americans.
That’s fair, but I thought I read he’s not even getting subbed in. I’m sure American expectations are way overblown
He must be great in training because he tricks every manager into thinking he’s good at first. Conte caught on and benched him and that’s why he hated conte. He has terrible awareness. Just now he made a pass to Tammy but he saw it too late. Tammy and mount are 21 and 20 and already far smarter players.
Willian has tunnel vision. He makes up his mind as to what he’s going to do when he gets the ball and doesn’t deviate from it
Now Christensen’s knee is hurt we just need to get out of this without anymore injuries at this point. The effort is there. We aren’t ready to compete with a team like this yet but the players are giving everything. We should have a goal and Tammy had a great chance. Both of theirs on set pieces. Hasn’t been a horrible performance by any means.
