Super bears, super bowl
my bad Gipson!!!!!!!
It’s a Mitch problem not a play calling problem
Just want to say thank you guys
Let’s rolls with Foles (till he breaks)
Can’t believe the announcers think “where do the Bears go from here?”....uhh you really thing Mitch is getting the job back?
It’s Foles job now.... Bears must draft a QB next year because Mitch is clearly not the answer.
Cohen ACL tear
Thanks a lot, Pace. Jfc.
3-0 and the Trubisky era is over is the absolute best case scenario possible
really? I guess he should've known a falcons player was going to hit him illegally on a punt return.
Bears schedule picks up starting next week. If we could somehow go 2-1 in the next three putting us at 5-1 heading into Rams, Saints, Titans, Vikings, Packers. That would be very helpful.
Pace is such a dumbfuck
Cohen was in a prove it year and we jumped the gun like amateurs
*legally. Don’t forget they picked that flag up
There was no reason to extend him in Week 2 or at all really.
LOL can not believe this team is 3-0. Gonna battle GB for the division now. Should be fun now that the Trubisky era is finally over (thank God).
I’m happy Cohen got paid, good for me
Did Mitch get hurt or benched? Went golfing and didn’t have a chance to follow the game at all
Benched, pulled after a terrible pick
Hope Foles goes back to the black visor.
Nearly a pick 6
Mitch and his soulless eyes didn't see the corner waiting on him
Yep he said in the post game presser that he didn’t see the defender
This far into the his career and not being able to read a defense is pretty shocking. Add in his terrible mechanics and I don’t understand how this staff ever thought he was the best QB in that class.
Pace...Nagy wasn’t here
Dreaming here, but Illinois RB Reggie Corbin as a Cohen replacement would make me happy
Can we replace him? We just gave him a shit ton of money
And when Pace said it was between Mitch and Patrick but he went with Mitch because he enjoyed the dinner interview with Mitch more than Pats and could tell he was a “winner”
I think this play more than the INT is what got him benched. The INT was the out Nagy needed.
Yeah. Can’t remember exactly what the sideline reporter said at half but something like “I asked about the missed completions if it was timing, decision making, accuracy and he just shook his head and said we have to hit the open men”
Hah no we didn't. Contract wasn't that big, it's just that RBs are cheap and easy to find, so paying him this early in the year was dumb
Can we replace him? Gonna have to try this season.
Ryan Nall and Artavis Pierce aren't likely to do much
Pace is a dumb bitch
The only positive of pace rn is he didn’t lock in mitchs 5th year option
This is the dumbest fucking year
Hoping that big fucker from Pitt gets some run this week
i think we’ve been solid against the run the past 2 weeks. We got gashed on big runs from shotgun when Goldman normally wouldn’t be in anyway. Like hills 35 yard run yesterday
Snacks Harrison is still out there
Not very difficult to teach a NT the playbook... just get a push
Hoge and Jahns was saying that when Goldman opted out he was only playing like 45% of the snaps last year.
Trevathon is slower than my grandpa (who is dead) and Roquon is getting ate up by guards getting on him. We need some beef in front of him to eat up that block so he can meet the RB in the hole instead of 10 yards down field.
What’s interesting is I post on rivals and a guy there is a life long friend of nagys.. he’s said Nagy is pretty pumped about foles and the offense now.. he said before the season it was mitch job to lose and he would have a short leash and here we are..
I’m interested. We haven’t seen receivers schemed open since Phillips exposed his scheme on that SNF game in 18. Now it’s that due to Mitchs shortcomings or Nagys? We’ll get to finally see. I’m fine with adding more RPO like Pederson did but I really liked our run schemes in week 1&2 and I’m worried he’s going to burn that section of the playbook.
Here are 2 of the new quotes from tonight about the change
"As opposed to Mitch? Absofvckinglutely
Nagy coached him in Philly and KC they have a great relationship and Nick knows the offense better than Mitch already. I'm not saying Foles is an elite qb in the league but he's definitely capable, especially in this offense"
"Wait until you see the offense with a qb who isn't complete trash. We had to trash 70% of the playbook because Mitch wasn't capable of running it"
Did Foles and Nagy even overlap in Philly? Foles played like 6 total quarters in KC.
