maybe our media will actually put pressure and call out Nagy about the play calling. Those guys stay giving softballs each week
I think that it’s only because Rodgers seems to always raise his game against us that this is a rivalry. Nagy or not, we aren’t going anywhere with this dud at QB. I said it 3 years ago during his year 2, he has always been horrible on the eye. He gets too many cases of the yips to just be mediocre and reliable. Good to be back in the Playoffs at least, hopefully we didn’t disgrace ourselves.
King is good at looking like he's got his man covered, but good QB's realize they can still go there and that he won't make a play.
Trubisky isn't scared to force it to Robinson and often does it to his detriment. The dumbass gameplan today purposely stayed away from him.
I have yet to see a single post on twitter with a reporter asking Nagy if he called the plays... Has anyone come across one?
No but I’m sure it’ll come up through the week and he’ll say some coded shit like “I’m not sure if we’ll tell you guys if I am calling plays”
Nagy was asked about the FGs and said we couldn't settle for them... BUT HE DID. Then he mentioned not getting the 4th and 1 and didn't say it was a bad call. Just said THE PLAYERS DIDN'T EXECUTE. He's such a uber cunt. Our media got both those answers and no push back or follow ups.
Reading tea leaves here. Just like the interception vs Minn at the end of the game I am willing to bet this was supposed to be the Madden/Combo route that Nagy loves and Graham fucked it up. Nagy is on record saying it’s the play he goes to when he needs a FD/TD. Obviously a QB sneak for an easy FD is the proper call.
It was a long 4th down tbf and the Packers were likely to flood the gap. Lining up in shotgun was dumb af though.
Weird thing I just saw, this will be our first road playoff game since at San Fran in 1995. Remember I couldn’t watch that (we beat Minn during wild card week the week before), because my brother had a wrestling tournament that day. We got out asses kicked.
