Better than I thought and keeping Floyd, Smith, and Trevathan together makes us the best LB core in the league.
From what I’ve read we still have cap space to sign fa over the next couple years too. Well done pace!!
My bad, I forgot they signed Fuller long term. I thought he was playing this year on the transition tag.
So this defense has 5 first round picks on it. They’re all in their mid 20s (I think Prince is the oldest at 29). And they’re all locked up for multiple years. Pretty damn exciting.
Seems like so much is riding on Trubisky and Nagy now, the talent on the team is there. I’m just snake bit from our run of luck with QB’s and coaches.
They really have replaced the Cubs in all aspects for me. But i'm hopeful about this team for the first time in years
I’m still not sold on the oline. If that unit comes together than Mitch is really the only question mark.
Yeah I think we’ve been missing a dominant LT since the 80’s. Tait is the closest thing we’ve had to a legit LT in the last 30 years.
Fox was a bad hire Glennon was much to do about nothing... A vet QB to play some games before Mitch was ready White has looked this preseason now that he is healthy but that was a bad pick He's made a ton of great free agent moves along with excellent draft picks I think he's done a good job overall
