Because there's no way Pace does what's best for the franchise while he's here All he's done is sell the future for the present while GM and he's failed miserably
I’m fully in the fuck pace and Nagy camp (as any rational fan should be), but I don’t know how many trades were to be had this trade deadline. Most nfl deadlines are quiet, and this one was set up to be even more so because most every team is up against the suppressed cap. Also, I heard Albert breer mention this morning on radio that some orgs won’t allow possible lame duck regimes make deadline deals for obvious reasons. Unfortunately, we can’t rely on the org to act rationally so who’s to say if they even make a change at the end of the year. They should have clearly last year and didn’t, so I’m in full learned helplessness mode.
I don't think Buster Bluthe thinks that far ahead, but I hope you're right and the staff/GM are toast
Is Rodgers catching covid after lying about his Vax status and not following protocols all year the greatest win of the Nagy/Pace era?
Kickoff return man we traded for a month ago. Also, Mack is out this week and Montgomery should be back.
Oh shit, the one that fumbled like 3 punts for Miami. Must be making a name for himself in the locker room already.
He’s going to be fine. Nagy won’t be head coach much longer. No chance he finishes the year. Depending on how badly we get blown out tonight I wouldn’t be surprised to see him fired tomorrow.
This terrifies me. I really believe Fields has the skill set to be great, but this staff is going to ruin him physically and mentally.
Nagy might not be the only calling in the play but it wouldn’t shock me if he’s giving Lazor two calls and Lazor picks the one he likes best. This team has a long rebuild ahead of it. It’s lacking so much talent everywhere. A new HC isn’t fixing this mess.
I don’t know if I’d go that far, bears don’t really fire coaches mid season. Probably because it’s impolite or some dumb shit like that.
I won’t trust any Bears QB for the rest of my life until I actually see him play at a pro bowl level on the field. Fields has made some good plays and some bad plays, like I said the jury is still out. We’re too fucking cheap to fire anyone in the middle of the season.
Olin was talking about this pregame. He isn’t calling plays but he’s sure as hell on that mic in Lazors ear keeping him from doing his job the way he wants to.
Nagy explaining to Lazor before each play that he’s still coach but he’s allowing Bill to call this play is objectively hilarious. What a dumb fuck mental midget.
Not even an exaggeration, Justin drawing that encroachment penalty was like the 5th best offensive play of the season.
They have no idea whatsoever what to do with Justin Fields. Hang on kid, hopefully a confident staff is on the way
Is this the local Pittsburgh feed? Fitzpatrick gives up a 20 yard catch…. “What a great signing by Pittsburgh”
We’re gonna be lucky to win 7 games, there’s really no reason for Jimmy Graham to be getting snaps at this point.
