Byron Pringle arrested for doing donuts in his hellcat with his 4 year old son in the back seat and was verbally confrontational to the cop Sounds like a fucking moron
We wouldn’t know how to act with competent people making good decisions. Good thing the new additions to the Bears organization are following that trend.
I kinda hope we trade back on one of those 2nd round pick to gain some picks next year and later in this draft. Really looking forward to seeing how the first round unfolds. Got to think we draft a S, WRx2 and a OL with our first four selections. I think we can find some options at CB later in the draft.
Who are we rooting for tonight? Skyy Moore? Raimann? Is there another OL worth taking tonight? Not necessarily a need but I definitely wouldn't be mad w/taking Ojabo
The only way you take Ojabo is if your able to move Quinn tonight for a 2nd next year or a 3rd. You can’t really justify taking a player with his injury concerns with so many huge holes on this roster. Guys I like for day 2: WR: Sky Moore (z) David Bell (x) Pickens (x) Robinson (z) Shakir (x) S: Brisker Cross Joseph LB: Chenel Harris Muma DL: Mafe Williams OT: Lucas Tom Diesch
I’m glad we didn’t take Watson. At this point I would take a DB (either CB or S) and then take Pickens or Bell with the next pick
Gordon is an elite athlete. His production is ok. He’s my 4th best CB in the draft. We really need to land a WR with the next pick.
Really need to think about QB next year with our top 3 pick, being we’re going to ruin this one with lack of anyone around him….
Brisker is a great pick. We just went from a shit secondary to potentially a great one. Would’ve liked Sky or Pickens but maybe they feel there is depth and someone will slide in the third.
Or the staff is worried as fuck Jackson and Johnson aren’t going to work in their system. Both seem to be the main culprits of the new loafing grades
Nobody on staff has made a single individual comment on those two... Maybe the media is worried, fanbase worried but the coaches and staff have not said a word on those guys. It's way to early to be worried about them, if you see the coaches calling them out and those guys loafing during the season we can discuss. Till then i'm not going to over react to those guys mailing it in on a lame duck season. They weren't the only guys on defense being lazy.
It’s split pretty even between Good Jackson and shitty Jackson, with good Jackson being 2 years removed. He might just be what he is at this point unfortunately.
David Bell was the pick... idgaf about the athletic testing. That guy burnt elite athletes and did it at fucking Purdue.
Really wish they could of moved back for 2 late 2s and 2 3s. Hell, even a 4th instead of the second 3rd. Maybe the calls never came in.
Sort of feels like the Ogunjobi fiasco made them slow their roll and partially punt on this off-season. Next year we have the picks and Cap Space to make a real team. Really hope there are some cuts we can take advantage of to protect Justin.
You loved Fields last year but then you're ok with surrounding him with absolute dogshit and ruining his career, great logic.
So the only way we can be happy about the draft is if the Bears took 3 WRs? That's never going to happen. The goal was to leave today with a WR, they did just that. IMHO they landed a top 4 CB in this draft and the #1 Safety. I think those are much better values over the 12th best WR.
His most successful year in school was when he was more mature than the players he faced. That's not a good sign. You want players who dominate at a very young age.
The point is you aren't doing shit to help by far the most important player and you're off sucking off the GM
