I keep trying to like 21 and I just can’t. You never realize how bad he is until he’s on a track with someone else...and then he’s always the worst part of the track.

 

About to listen on Spotify. Haven’t listened at all yet

 

On track 6 and so far this is fucking horrible

 

Hoo boy 12.38, 19.10, 24.19 was a splendid 3 consecutive tracks

 

Felt like I was listening to a futuristic robotic tribal ritual

 

Sounding like what an Andre 3000 album would sound like

Listened to it all. Enjoyed. Last two tracks quite good.

That's fair, even if I disagree with you on 21 Savage.

This is my exact point on 21. CG is a long damn ways from having the best flow in hip-hop...and he's streets ahead of 21. I don't hate him(there are definitely artists that can ruin a track, even as a featured) but I've never heard a verse from him and been blown away.

 

I’m not a huge savage fan but over the past couple years he’s caught my attention at time just due to the fact he’s vastly improved his delivery/cadence/lyrical ability. I think he kinda hit the lab with Cole for a minute and set himself in the proper direction. This Bino album blows though roll tide

after 3-4 listens, I am ready to declare that this is his best album ever, just barely better than Because the Internet. Some of his mixtapes aren't complete enough to compete (Kauai, Royalty). I enjoyed Awaken my Love a lot. But this is just better. Some unreal musical growth,

Think it will be his most highly acclaimed album too.

 

I've seen him live twice (bonnaroo, acl) in the past year. Utterly blew me away both times

 

Haven’t seen him since 2014 probably. Likely saw him 5 times before that. Because the internet was awesome live and I have a feeling this would be even better with his band and energy. Hopefully we get some dates post covid

 

got lucky and got to see him twice at Southside Ballroom in Dallas before he really blew up.

One of the best shows of my life was the makeup show in Oakland during the Because the Internet Tour... was initially the first show of the tour but it got cancelled like an our before because his crazy app system broke down. Ended up making it the last show & he played the whole BTI album, then did like a remix'ed version of Camp (whole album), then ~15 min of freestyle. Wanted to make it special as an apology to the fans & boy was it dope.

 

He has had way more. He just deletes them
