Ive never told someone not to war cause they werent ready unless ur like a th 4. It helps with matchups having lower levels. Only people without AQ have to sit. If ur opted in you war. So opt in.
I'm upgrading to level 7 as we speak. Have everything maxed but collectors and 1 wizard tower but those should be done by time i reach 7

First time in war, finally. Now I have no idea how it works. Is there a certain amount of shit you can take into war? I have no idea.

You're gonna be rolling with dragons for the foreseeable future IMO. Fine tune that, it'll be your bread and butter.
Sensor is right, Jake Scott. Your next war attack will be hog riders, then GoWiWi and GoWiPe. Eventually you'll have to use lava hounds+balloons+minions.
I'm not sure what GoWiWi or GoWiPe means. I just upgraded to TH8 but that's 8 days. What should I upgrade the next 8 days outside of walls? Just level the drags?
Sorry to be this guy, but max everything. Max your dragons because they're your war army. Max your barch (barbarians, archers, giants, goblins. etc) troops because they're your raiding army and will help you level everything the fastest. Max your hog riders to be used as your next raid army when dragons just aren't cutting it. Max your golems, wizards, witches, and PEKKAs because they'll replace hog riders when you start raiding TH10s.
I maxed everything but goblins and those needing DE. And I can't access that other shit yet as I was a TH7
I rushed until I was a th7, and even now I'm still playing catch up with walls and collectors. Not heading to th9 until I have all skulls.
I've got 1.5 days until town hall 7 finishes building I've got 4 builders, this order to start ok? 1. Lab 2. Spell factory 3. New barracks 4. Upgrade barracks to unlock dragon 5. Dark elixir storage 6. New army camp?
What do I do with all my exiler while wall raiding? Only have one more lab upgrade to go and its all just sitting there making me a prime raid target. Maybe I'll start experimenting with raids other than barch. I don't know how to do anything other than barch though. What can I do as a high TH7? Just dragons? Would like to avoid using Dark Elixer troops.

If you don't need it and can't spend it on walls you can always move it toward the outside of your base and keep other resources centered. That way you'll be attacked quicker by people only looking for a elixer making it even less likely your gold/DE gets targeted. Dragon raids or loons+minions will eat up elixer, they just take longer to build, but they're a good pick when you're not gonna be able to raid for 1 hour or more. Also keep your spell factory full.
