the only way to stop sports from becoming political is to *checks notes* write a political sports book filled with conservative talking points. checkmate libs
No, he probably does because he's a well-educated person who is exploiting conservative stupidity for his own personal gain.
I think I heard he actually voted for Obama twice. He's trying to make a dollar playing to an audience.
I think he honestly used to. But he keeps reiterating that talking point for a reason: to bolster his credibility to the village idiots he is pandering to, for his own profit. Would not surprise me along the way if he has deluded himself into believing he is some unicorn centrist moderate. There are a few isolated posters on tmb that have made that transition.
saying that, true or not, just makes him look like a centrist who can see both sides but is now leaning another because the other HAS GONE TOO FAR. Ya, I voted for Obama, but the Democrats are going too PC and I have the credibility to call them out.
He voted for Obama, and likes Clinton. He used to say how Obama is a genius because he was the editor of the Harvard Law Review. Then he got worse and worse. He’s actually very intelligent, but as some have stated already he’s doing this for his own personal financial gain.
He's certainly not doing anything of note to put that on display....and his educational background is not different than many posters on this site. So not sure the basis of this claim.
I went to Ole Miss. A lot of people are smarter than me. Having said that, a law degree from Vanderbilt would qualify someone as very intelligent from my perspective.
It shouldnt. You should have a higher threahold than That on a stand alone basis jmo. Sorry for the tangent, but fuck Clay Travis.
Dude I was in Miami for a bachelor party and got back to New Orleans today. I bought and did things I shouldn’t have done. My dignity and self respect is gone for a couple of days until I recover.
actually a smart ploy to try to get other media members to mention his book to all their followers or in a best case scenario actually endorse it.
Background, this guy is a on a Nashville sports talk show at the same station Clay used to be on here. He has Clay on as a weekly guest
