Now that Lopetegui has been sacked it would appear that he is going to end up Wolves new manager.
Interested to see what he can do when given actual resources
That beautiful bastard is a legend at like 4 clubs. Absolute class.
All is well!
“If my father had to watch me coach the Wolves, he’d lose the will to live.”
is the Portuguese thing a bit at this point? wtf
A stay of execution for now
Wolves should have got the Portuguese coach from Palmeiras
There is an option…
The FM kid is interim... again.
Soooo this might really happen it seems
We have bungled this situation so badly that Nuno is probably the best choice. I guess the good news is I’m not used to watching us score goals so the consistency will be nice.
End of an era
Do midseason appointments usually drag on like this? It doesn’t feel imminent. Nuno to Conte announcements were one day apart, Ole -> Carrick -> Ragnick took two weeks.
I think Wolves were doing whatever it took to land Loptegui, and when that fell through, they basically said “uhhh what now?”
I wouldn’t be shocked if the result yesterday gives them the resolve to push everything out another week. And if the results continue to be decent, I could see them just waiting to appoint a permanent manager during the WC window.
This would be amazing. A bunch of dudes spurn Chelsea for Barca, I’m sure part of that decision for some was TT as Chelsea manager.
Christensen shitting himself in terror and it’s not even a match day.
I wondered when we’d get around to discussing the fact that Xavi is, you know, not a very good manager.
He doesn't sound Portuguese.
Don’t worry he coached in Brazil and learned the language
Things are just fine!
Get Poch before villa can
You’re giving Jeff Shi far too much credit
Honestly this is probably the best option. Just wait out Loptegui‘s sick dad for a few months and then give him another shot.
I think Beale could’ve done well for y’all. But I think it was probably the right decision to stay at QPR
Sounds like poch is scared to come to a big club. More comfortable with teams who have never won anything.
Well at least that’s over with
Martinez out for Belgium.
Currently in playoff position, Norwich sacks Gallant Chad Morris's boy
I get why they did it but this Norwich squad is a lot worse than previous Norwich teams that got promoted
Man just gonna keep failing upwards ig
Wins one trophy with Wigan now he won’t go away.
Sorry, this is our fault
I think the Swans get some blame here, too.
