I have yet to see someone say they didn’t like it. It’s a shame it’s so hard to access and a shame that Netflix didn’t give them a chance. It would be a massive hit on there.
I agree. Seeing some of the stuff they put out I’m surprised they fishy take a chance. Everyone I know has liked it. I never thought it would have been that funny and even that dark.
I’ve said it before itt. Other then the barrier to getting to it, the resistance I get is people not wanting their childhood ruined. I think it adds to the story perfectly. It’s got the perfect amount of 80s cheese mixed with a very good story and character development, but people don’t want to listen.
The whole childhood thing is ridiculous. Did finding out about Santa ruin your childhood? What if you found out about Santa as an adult? Unlikely.
I mean I get it. So many times something gets brought back from 20 years ago and its absolutely terrible. The time and effort wasn't put in to do it right and people would rather live with the happy memory of their child hood then ruin that by watching the horrible remake. But when a bunch of people tell you that the remake is really good, give it a shot.
Watched this in a day and a half.. wasn’t expected it to be so good.. I hope Diaz gets a second chance with sam.. #teamcobrakai
Don’t know yet. If I am, it will be in a stunt actor capacity (or stunt double)...wouldn’t be anything big
April is shaping up to be a big month for me. Wrestlemania, NFL draft, Game of Thrones, Cobra Kai, Avengers End Game.
Almost done with season 2. Better than expected. Slow start but picked up. One huge pet peeve. Daniel owns a Mercedes dealership and he is driving around in an Audi S7.
Finished S2. Definitely shocked by the ending. I remember thinking Spoiler "man ,fighting by all these stairs is dangerous! One bad fall and your back is fucked up!" 2 minutes later ...
Spoiler How about my man Stingray beating up Miyagi-dos and high fiving Hawk. Haha The whole final brawl was pretty ridiculous but crazy enjoyable until the end of it.
Season 2 was fantastic. Stingray is by far the MVP. Spoiler holy fuck at that ending. I need season 3 ASAP. As soon as I saw the stairs, I knew someone was going over, but I wasn’t ready for it when it happened. Absolutely fantastic story telling.
Great news on season 3, hope the wait isnt too bad. As an older man who grew up in the movies, this show is amazing.
This show ending up on youtube behind a paywall was the worst thing ever for it. The show is legitimately excellent, but is so hard to find. Then you have people who refuse to give it a shot because they think it will suck.
Yeah, that I can agree with. I've watched alot of interviews with the writers and Ralph/William and they all agree that Youtube gave them the best pitch and that being a big fish in a small pond was the way to go but fuck I wish they ended up on Netflix or HBO.
