Michigan State looked good. Both games were very even. Augustine stood on his head to get a tie on Friday. I can't believe the number of breakaways that got turned away. I felt good going in to the 3rd period tonight with a 2 goal lead but I can't recall such a bad 3 minute stretch as we saw tonight. I'm not sure if just went in to a turtle protecting the lead or if the short bench for this series finally caught up to them. Regardless, MSU definitely wanted it more in that period and got a W for it.

OSU blocked them from the B1G a decade + ago and the program fell apart they need to leave the NCHC conference and go elsewhere
Why would they go to the B1G? The B1G is a bunch of B1G football teams and the team that should be in the B1G in football.
When the CCHA collapsed due to the B1G forming a hockey conference ND and Miami were set to join Miami was arguably the best or 2nd best program in the country at the time - OSU hockey was a doormat OSU blocked Miami from coming over, ND got in, Miami panicked and picked an absurd conference based on Dakota and Colorado schools which is ridiculous travel from Oxford The kids that were going to Miami went to OSU or ND instead and the program circled the drain
I’m not sure it will matter but yes anything to reduce travel and hopefully go back to recruiting Cleveland and Chicago would help in theory
You were lucky as well. Wood was point blank and hit it off the post and then the goalie. The disallowed goal was clearly a kicking motion so I’m not sure what else you would be referring to. Minnesota had a disallowed goal last night with the offside and that game went to OT as well. It’s the reality of how tightly contested the series was and much of the B1G season has been.
