Brock Boeser is having a hell of a junior season. Unfortunately it is in a Vancouver Canucks uniform instead of a UND jersey. Was just thinking how our power play might look this season with Nick Schmaltz(Blackhawks), Tyson Jost(Avalanche), Tucker Poolman(Jets) and Boeser still in school.
I don't know what the hell is going on. I think I saw a stat the other night that would mean we are now 1-8-1 in our last 10 B1G games. All of the sports I care about are playing like hell.
Played ND really tough last weekend and won corsi in both games iirc but couldn't get the bounces. Unfortunately, we have approximately 1 line that can score and Hughes props us up a lot because he's fucking awesome. Idk what's going on with you guys though, that H/A split is astounding.

Got home from Vegas just in time to watch the 3rd period of UND at UMD. Good pressure in the 3rd but couldn't get the tying goal and lost to our apparent overlord Bulldogs for the 7th straight time.

This team is playing like the Minnesota team we expected to see all year. Your goalie looks incredible. I forgot how much our first game of the season frustrated me and this reminds me of that 0-1 game.
Robson just got here at Semester and has now pitched a 1-0 OT shut out against #1 Notre Dame and 2-0 (via ENG) against then #1 St. Cloud State. That being said, he wasn’t the better goalie tonight. I’m going tomorrow. Can’t wait.
In absolute sincerity I was heavily involved in the ice system at ND. It’s a nightmare to regulate. A 20 degree swing is impossible to account for without making the arena insanely cold. We had to fight through the hot water system the zambonis fill with for weeks. Keeping a clean sheet is miserable. So again gg Gophers.
It is 40 here today. I have no idea what goes in to controlling it but I agree there did seem to be more problems in the 3rd period than I’m used to seeing there.
Deja Vu. Heading back home after watching UND and DU tie again and DU pick up the extra conference point again. Pretty intense weekend, both teams were not giving each other much space. Would have like to have won of course but if you had told me this is what the result would be going into the weekend with UND missing their top 2 centers and one of our top defensemen for the whole weekend and then lose an additional forward(his own fault as a result of stupid penalty he took last night) for tonight's game I would have taken it.
Watch western Michigan UNO on tv last night. Was 2-0 uno going into the third and when WMU tied it up I thought, welp, they’ve been the bigger better team all night finally not beating themselves. Then UNo of proceedsd to score 4 goals, two empty net and one a last minute power play goal. Have a video of one of the full ice empty netters but it’s not letting me upload it.
