Nembot might get unleashed this weekend at least 1 person on the field will have the ability to kill someone with their bare hands
I was -2, I haven't seen shit. I barely remember 2001. These excuses need to stop otherwise nothing is going to change. Why keep saying youth is the issue when the average record for teams playing 10 or more freshman was 7-6 last year (want to see the team breakdown on that one) and CU was the outlier. These coaches are not cutting it but people can't see that.
people bought in way too quickly just because the "former buffs" were back if only it would be that simple it isn't
I love having co-workers, who used to give me shit during Hawk's last year and then last fall, say they just feel bad for me cause of how bad my team fucking sucks Wood better get more than garbage time...
i live in aurora, work in littleton, and i may head to boulder this saturday. are they playing at home? i'd at least like to see them one time this year... even though it's 101% chance of a loss.
I haven't been reading Rivals, but if you're referring to Buffscoop/247 then ya I know what you mean. Those guys are going down with the ship though.
Hope you guys get this shit figured out. Loved your campus and would love to see big time footbll being played in that stadium. Is embree a goner soon?
Well we shouldn't have been thinking bowl until '14, but there is no way we should have lost these two games. At this point, I'm just hoping we don't give up 60 points 4 to 5 times, which is what I'm expecting.
How many of those teams were playing a bunch of 3 star freshmen? Yeah our coaches suck, but you're vastly overrating our talent.
I think consensus is even at 0-12 this year most people want him gone but probably only a 50/50 chance. Win a few games and he gets at least another year. The disaster of keeping Hawk for a 5th year is still fresh in mind.
Bullshit. We fucked UA up and they're not much more talented than we are yet they're ranked and 2-0. Our OL coaching is shit, our QB is shit, WR's are below average, etc. I blame it on Embree. With good coaching we finish 5-8 last year at a minimum and we'd be 2-0 this year.
I really don't feel that bad because I fucking told everyone on Rivals to chill the fuck out and temper their expectations but because I'm such a rogue son of a bitch over there nobody listens. Whatever, I didn't just wake up yesterday and start reading HOW TO books on football. It's common fucking sense. Shit, the board was cumming their shorts after the first Thursday night games of the year and Wazzu looking crappy. I posted that night that just maybe we should wait to see if we piss our pants. GUESS WHAT?!?! Whatever, now we have Mac doing his ritualistic fluffing of whomever the HC is. He did the same for Dan. But please let's listen to him because this is the exact same game he left. suck mah dick it's my birthday
Stiff, after UA rolls us please come back on here and tell me the only reason it happened was coaching. UA is on a completely different level of talent than us. I just don't understand at one point you'll come to this realization. I mean what else do you have to see? Is it CSU having better lines than us? Sac State having a better QB and better receivers than us accross the board? Fresno is going to absolutley shit stomp us this weekend and it will have nothing to do with coaching. They just have better players than we do. Yeah, the coaching should have won us the first two games because CSU AND SAC SUCK! Therefore by blaming it on the coaches, you're still insinuating the talent level wasn't much different between us and them. CU is bottom of the barrell in the conference. We are just barely behind Wazzu, and they're going to stomp us next week.
A completely unmotivated team that had given up on the season. Not to mention we had better players last year. So are the players we have on the O-line. Not below average... SHIT. With 2 shitty looking wins against shit opponents.
Well lets face it, it doesn't take a genius to watch the games and figure out we were working with similar talent to both teams. Frankly, watching the Sac State game, I kept wondering how we were even in the game.
Doesn't take a genius to know that these coaches are in way over their heads. Awful schemes and no adjustments. If we have similar talent, then why did we jump out to 14-3 and 14-0 leads and then proceed to blow them both?
There's just no point in attempting to argue with you. Yes, our coaches suck. They suck about as bad as any staff in the country, but you must not have watched the games. That's the only thing I can come up with as to how you think we were anything more than marginally better than the teams we just played. If you were a non-CU fan, you'd come to the exact same conclusion, but you let your fandom cloud your vision of what's actually happening.
You seem to be under the impression that I think we have good talent, we don't but that's no excuse to look as bad as we have. This staff needs to be gone at the end of the year. Time to move on. I've watched each game twice by the way, awful coaching but the talent was not as close as you are making it out to be. It appears that these coaches are good first quarter coaches regarding gameplanning and schemes but awful in the other three quarters.
Howdy fellas I'm going to be moving to Denver in January-ish. Came here wondering if you might be able to help a guy out that will soon be looking for a job in the area. Little synopsis: 23, currently working for an advertising/marketing agency in Tampa. Been in Tampa all my life (except for college), looking for a change of scenery and everyone I've ever met always says how awesome Denver is. Ideally I'd like to work in sports reporting (have some experience and would take a job in a BFE town outside the city) for a news paper/local TV station, but I'm open to jobs in marketing and in the hospitality industry. Have family friends who live downtown that are letting me crash at their place while I look for a job. I'm giving myself 2-3 months to find something while hopefully working a part-time gig (waiter/bartender). Wanting to get a head start by scoping out places online now. Any suggestions on areas or businesses to look into would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!
Take me with you. I've been in Tampa over 2 years now and I need to go back sooner, rather than later. You won't regret this decision, although it might be a tough transition initially if you move out there in the dead of winter.
Jump on board, man. What brought you to Tampa? Don't get me wrong, I love my hometown..but Tampa sucks.
Poston -- didn't travel Tuumalo -- didn't travel both were late to a meeting this week not like it mattered
Why in the motherfuck did y'all take a fucking transfer QB from Kansas? lmbo You also took our transfer that couldn't beat out Gilbert. Jesus
Dear Lauren the Freckled Ginger, You will be the only bright part of this broadcast for me. Sincerely, Mike
Maybe cause we have had QB's that couldn't beat out / weren't developed BC of Cody Hawkins? Just a shot in the dark...
