What, you didn't get a late Saturday night workout in?
If anyone is still drinking diet sodas because they're low calorie, I'd highly recommend cutting that shit out. I was a heavy drinker of them and decided to finally try giving them up because my losses had slowed dramatically. Instead I started trying to drink about 144 ounces of water a day while I was at work.
I had only lost 25.4 pounds since the weekend after Christmas but since I cut the sodas three weeks ago and started focusing on drinking a lot more water, I've lost 15.4 pounds.
No cravings for food throughout the day like I had before and I consistently have a lot more energy to go get in the gym and when I do my workouts have been noticeably more intense without feeling like a bag of shit.
I’m inconsistent with them. There are times I won’t have them for days, then one day I’ll have like four coke zeros. I don’t really need them, but I do use them as a crutch sometimes. Sparkling essenced waters like Klarbrunn and Bubly I have a lot, too.
I just can't get into sparkling waters. If I need some flavor I'll have a glass of Crystal Light or an unsweet tea with one splenda.
I enjoy Bubly. Started drinking that this week. That seems to be one of the better sparkling drinks since there is literally nothing added (none of the artificial sweeteners). Sticking to just water though for the month of April and not having my cheat meal that I normally have on Mondays.
Going for under 280 by next Monday.

Good progress. Id go out on a limb to say the majority of those benefits you describe are from actually being fully hydrated for a change. I’ve always heard 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. People never seem to realize the more water you drink and hyradted you are the less bloated you’ll be and water you’ll retain.

Not really as bad as I thought. I continued vacation eating on Saturday when we got home and got it back into gear yesterday and today. Only ran once. Still. Up nine from before the trip, I think I can squeeze out a fair amount of this quickly. My belt fits as good as ever, so this seems water-weightish

Not sure what my last weigh in was but I hit a 10 year low last week. 194.3lb. Down 22.6lb since the start.

Traveled from Thursday to Monday, so I guess it’s good I mostly stayed the same. I’m just shooting to get under my start weight so our spreadsheet looks better. Not a good look for the organizer and current belt holder to do so poorly in the comp.
Rough couple of days of eating after being super strict since coming home from vacation. Going to my in-laws in Dayton is always a challenge. This was our Easter weekend because we can’t make it for actual Easter. Cheesy potatoes and chocolate — too much. Going right into work after this for a 60-hour, then home. Tonight and the two days at the station will help correct myself again. Gonna sauna it up after each workout.
Only down 0.6 this week despite having a really solid week eating/fitness-wise

Yeah this hasn’t been the best week for me either even with doing well. Retained lots of water I know because I definitely feel my belt/pants being looser but it’s been hell the past two days trying to get back to my weight from last Monday.
Should be able to post a small drop tomorrow from last week but not much. Any little bit is nice though
Had Bronchitis this past week so dropped to 218.8. Was at 227 after having brothers family in town

Yeah, i’ve be been slacking. You’ll be solid. 2nd work trip to Vegas this Thu-Sun. I’m just hoping to maintain at this point.
I need to chill with my cheat Mondays. Last week I was up 12lbs on Wed from the Monday weigh in. Busted my ass cutting the water weight and what not that I put on the following 5 days.
That said if I don’t enjoy myself a little bit here and there Id go crazy lol
Losing belt and pants sizes though and now down to an XL shirt so it’s all good though
