Haha. I weigh in every Monday, but I didn’t think I’d have time today so I posted yesterday. Luckily I found time today and I was 158.5. I understand if that doesn’t make the spreadsheet tho
I need to shed 6 in two weeks to hit my goal of sub 250.
My son’s 2nd birthday is Thursday.
I already hit my goal I set before the start. Made a new goal that I’m not exactly sure I can hit but damn I’m gonna try my hardest to get there.
so i dropped the ball and forgot to post last week, but i've been keeping it going. 242 yesterday when i weighed in at the gym.

271.2lbs. So it would be an 85lbs drop in 110 days which I’d be pumped about.
My goal by 6/14 is 240lbs. That one I’m not too sure about but I’d like to go visit my bro and his family down 200lbs. I haven’t seen them since the 2017 Holidays (he follows this journey so he knows how I’m doing) but he’s always been there for me with support and what not through the years. So showing him what I’ve accomplished will be awesome nonetheless but being able to say “down 200lbs” would be an amazing feeling.
Until I get In-N-Out four times while I’m out there hahaha.
So 43lbs in 66 days. Just over 9 weeks. Over 4.5lbs per week. That will be a tough one.

It’s funny that when I started this whole thing I said I didn’t want to get too much into lifting. More of just lose weight, have good heart health, and maintain. The more I lose the more I want to change specific parts of my body which of course more lifting will help with.
I wore shorts for the first time in a while today and have gotten like 7 compliments on my calves.
I’ve said the key to amazing calves is be a fat piece of shit for years and years (while staying active) then lose all that weight. Calves of a god.
Finally got back under 300, and I’m officially down for the competition.

Got my weekly weigh in when I get home. Have been at work for 60 hours and it went very well.

Feel really good about this week. Was up to 239 after vacation, got back on the wagon, then had an AWFUL two-day binge in Dayton at my in-laws. 60 hours at work and I really got my shit in gear. Would love to get sub-230 to end the completion, but we’ll see :)

This is the first time since I can remember that I got back ON the wagon after a vacation. You guys have helped me tremendously with accountability.
I have a tendency to run away when things go bad.
I’ve run 35 miles and busted out 1500 push-ups since April 1st. Doing this competition of 100 miles & 5000 push-ups for April.
Down 12 pounds for the competition but my body looks and feels better. Would still love to be at 185.

Yeah, three years ago I lost 35lbs in three weeks and then came thanksgiving, my birthday, and Christmas. Goodbye losses.
I knew when i got through that stretch this time that it was real.
What’s your process to losing the weight so consistently? What are you doing that works?
Consistent diet and workouts. Really all it is.
Never been as focused and determined as I am. I will not fail. Simple as that.
I realized I was 33, single, and not happy. I want to have a wife and kids at some point and being the way I was (physically and mentally) wasn’t going to cut it.
My health has drastically improved already as has my general life. Things have been much better these last five and a half months. And I know they will only get better with my mind and body being in the right place. So I’m determined to live a happier, healthier life. And I’m not letting anything come between that.

Keto and intermittent fasting is a weight loss cheatcode. My wife even went as far as saying I look skinny tonight. I’ll take it. Down a total of 23.8 pounds. Cheers gents.
Good for you, I'm kinda the same. My 20s were absolute bullshit, I cared about nothing and let everything go to fucking shit.

I’m pretty excited for the weekend. It’s Blue/White weekend so there will be tons and tons of alumni in. Some of them know about my progress while I’m sure many don’t.

They say you gain back an inch of penis for every 50 pounds lost. Congrats on being able to slang that additional 4” around this weekend.
Up to 242 this morning before heading to Vegas for the weekend. I think i’ll be able to get back on the horse hardcore once I get back.
Made some turkey burgers tonight
1 lb 99% ground turkey, 1/3 cup breadcrumbs, 1 shredded zucchini, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp of cumin, 1/2 tsp of salt to make 4 patties
Cook them in a pan with drizzle of olive oil, season with a little bit more garlic salt, black pepper, and Texjoy steak seasoning sprinkled on
Toast a wheat bun, spread on some light mayo and dill mustard
Mix a 4 oz can of roasted green chilis, 1/3 cup of shredded fat-free cheddar cheese, and 4 tbsp of jalapeño corn relish, use as topping
Sliced some red onion to top it with as well

20.2 pounds from breaking below the 300 pound mark for the first time since my sophomore year of college
As a birthday present, I got my wife and I a three month membership to a Fit Body Boot Camp gym right down the street from our apartment so we’re doing that now to help turn it up a notch. We did our first day today, I’m dying rn
Might've hit a plateau. Don't get discouraged! Just keep doing what you're doing and the results will come.

Had a crazy busy week of work and crushed the diet and all my workouts. 100K plus steps on the week (and that includes next to nothing on Monday) too.
And I’ve got loads of friends in town that I’m not even seeing cause they’re all drunk and I’m being good on my diet.
Sometimes you need to enjoy yourself. But other times you’ve got to be strong to meet the goals you have in mind.

Had an awards gala tonight and packed up my nice suit thats 5 years old. Didn’t try it on first because I had some faith. Put it on, was a bit snug but buttoned pretty easy. Was pleased. Also I went to tighten my belt another notch but soon realized I need a new belt because I’m out of notches.
In my last notch myself. Time to get out the hole punch.
