Had a kid come in once complaining of general muscle aches. His dad was “pushing” him doing exercises in 100 degree heat all day to get ready for 8th grade football. Sent him into rhabdo, nearly killed the kid.

nope. my couch. but I try my best to recreate the experience.
I do have a smart scale (I know it’s not exact but gives me at least an idea) so I know I still have a good amount of body fat I can keep cutting.

I'm at 12.6% since Jan 1 and would be out of the money if I were competing with a group of like six guys right with me.
Congrats to all on keeping it tighter in 2019. I feel like this is easily the most wildly successful comp I've seen on here.

Weigh in at the doctor’s office. Says 237 with jeans on, so I’m thinking I just maintained? Wanna get home to weigh in officially, but won’t be able to until tonight. I’ll just go with 237

I had a fat day yesterday and man it felt great.
But now I feel like shit so it reminded me that I can’t eat that way anymore without feeling like crap the next day.
Hoping for around 267-268 weigh in by next Friday AM. If I can hit 266.2 that’ll be 90lbs for the comp which would be insane to me.
Also I went back and checked a few of the other competitions and yeah we’ve been killing it guys. Like the top 5 would normally win the whole thing but this has been the most competitive one yet with the highest losses. Proud of y’all. Keep it up

RULES FOR THE FINAL WEEK (April 22-26)
(1) You must weigh in between Monday and Friday. A lot of folks (including me) post weights on various days of the week, and sometimes it's difficult to figure out to which week the weight should be attributed. That's usually fine, but not this final week. Only weights posted between Monday and Friday will be recorded.
(2) You can weigh on any day between Monday and Friday, but you must submit your final weight by 11:59 PM HST on Friday, April 26. No exceptions.
(3) You must post a picture of your scale with your username and date in the pic (sticky note, etc.).
(4) If you win, you must post your before and after pics, with each pic containing your username and date (sticky note, etc.).
I'll post the final results on Saturday. I'll give the group 24 hours to object, whether in the thread or through private message. After 24 hours (so, on Sunday), I'll Venmo the winners.
Let me know if you have questions. Good luck in the final 1.5 weeks!

Yes, you still have to follow the rules, but I’ll take off one pound of your final weight per inch. Give it your best shot.

It’s all verifiable via my twitter though since I was posting daily gym pics then (and even posted a before/after from when I started my journey/started the comp).

This class is going to be the end of me. Today everything we did was bodyweight strength training with the TRX straps.
5 second break between all circuits
3x60s circuits of pull-up rows while parallel to the floor, bicep curls, and tricep extensions
2x60s and then 1x30s of push ups while nearly parallel, alternating wide and narrow squats, alternating lunge and high knees with a circuit for both legs, leaning back deep squats with an upright row at extension, then the same exercise but with only one hand (on each hand)
1 minute circuits of planks, sit ups, and bicycle crunches
1) my poor fucking abs
2) I thought lifting dumbbells gave you a good workout of all those muscles that help stabilize the load but working with these straps is next level
3) I finally got to the point where my thighs aren't so damn sore and she just shredded my arms to jello
Decided I’m going to do my final weigh in on Tuesday the 23rd. That is my 6 month anniversary date from when I started my journey.
I have a nice blog post prepared and just need to find a good photo or two for comparisons to get all the Instagram likes.
20 days into April and I am at 67 miles run and 3250 push ups completed.
