Probably with another chick, can’t let them photos leak.... again.
He’s trying his damnedest to fuck up a gravy train.
He hasn’t won a sanctioned fight of any kind in many years.
he even marry her yet?
Two felonies for throwing someone's phone on the ground seems to be a bit of an overcharge....
I'm sure it's that way because of the cost of the phone being over a certain dollar amount.
I'm gonna be in Miami tomorrow, I'll fight him.
I get it. Just make him pay for it and drop the charges. Shouldn't be a story and shouldn't have been arrested and booked.
And I don't even like Faulkner McGregor
Got no problem with someone who goes around stealing and destroying people's phones getting arrested personally
Yeah I'd be pretty pissed if someone grabbed and smashed $1,000 of my stuff and the only punishment is he has to pay me back.
Especially a charge as serious as armed robbery. That’s life changing shit.
he's the perfect representation of that fanbase
no charges formally filed yet, but taking someone's property by force is not a smart move in any state.
He and Rousey were huge media creations. They've got great marketing people
It was strong armed robbery not armed robbery. And he was charged with that because the police say he walked off with the phone after smacking it out of the persons hand and stomping on it.
He absolutely should be charged and arrested for that shit.
Not for robbery. 0% chance that charge sticks.
At what point does it become difficult for him to get a visa to be here. That's multiple felony charges in the states right?
Hey I’ve seen Floyd Mayweather and Hulk Hogan outside of that hotel when staying there. If you tried to take pictures of Floyd with your phone, his crew would shine flashlights at you.
Why wouldn't it?
The stupidest fuck on this forum arguing charges with a lawyer.
Cant believe his dumb ass managed to pick the one person in the entire state of Florida that wasn't packing to do this to.
This was your chance to do something great for the world Florida and you fucking blew it.
On the high end, he's costing himself money with this kind of shit. On the low end, he's becoming a legend in the mind of MMA fan types forever. So he's got that going
Not really. Sure there's some CM homers that will defend anything he does but the average MMA fan is tired of the circus and just wants to see him get back to fighting. That ship seems to have sailed away on the money he got from fighting FM.
I'm thinking of people I went to high school with and the reaction I can imagine them having is "Goddam right bo! I'd have stomped that motherfucker's phone too! Your favorite fighter isn't 'real'; this proves Connor is like us."
Oh I'm sure he will plead it all down and settle out of court any potential civil suit.
Out of curiosity, what kind of charge do you think would stick assuming he was an average Joe and not a world famous multi millionaire? I mean technically he took something valued at $1k by force.
Implied valor todd still has his panties in a wad I see. Him calling someone else on this forum dumb because he doesn't know the difference between arguing and discussing. I'm sure he cried himself to sleep because his idol got arrested again.
Depends on where it is and what the statute reads, but likely battery. Given the context, they wouldn’t convict an average Joe of robbery there either.
Does that cover the phone as well or would you charge him with like simple theft on top of the battery?
How many convictions though? Hasn't he plead most of them down?
I wouldn’t charge him with theft, but I guess they could. He’ll probably just pay restitution for it, which is a just result.
A guilty plea is treated the same as a conviction. I don’t know what he ended up pleading to, but he’s got to be close to visa issues.
Good to know. At this point he may not even care about a visa. I mean does he really care if he doesn't fight at all again, much less the US? His whiskey is supposedly making a killing despite the horrible reviews and he would be a huge draw if he fought in Ireland.
It would be pretty awesome if he got deported.
He recently said fighting was his third highest form of income.
He's a piece of shit human being but he's the typical rags to riches story.
Please baby jesus let this happen.
Whiskey, ?, fighting...
Clothing line? I have no idea.
He needs to go away for awhile. Prob give up fighting tbh
I'm sure he currently makes more money from promotional shit than anything else
But all that slows down when you don't actually fight any more unless youre the rock or something
Yea, I didn't think about that. He's basically a partner with the UFC now.
This is south Florida. That’ll get plead down to DOC and he’ll have to pay for the phone. He’ll pay substantially more in civil court for pain and suffering, of course.
down here strong armed robbery and robbery are used interchangeably. robbery is just taking someone's property by force/threat with intent to permanently or temporarily deprive. you could maybe argue he had no intent for the last element.
criminal mischief is just simply destroying someones property, like breaking a car window. any damage over $1k is a felony.
i'm sure he will plea down to a MM crim mischief or even simple battery. the victim will undoubtedly use the state attorney's office like his own personal collection agency.
Is he on probation for the last incident?
nah, he just got service hours (which he bought out) and anger management, which he supposedly did in 1 day.
I think we all just wanna see the pics that set him off.
