Went to a tailgate Saturday planning to just watch at park bar and ended up in a Super Suite. So I'll probably do the same and hope I get lucky again.
Our secondary still isn't great but the fact that we haven't completely fallen apart after losing one of the best corners in the game is a testament to our improved roster and Quinn. #randommusing
I have too and Alford is playing somewhat more consistently. Just saying that losing Trufant would cripple us (and a lot of other teams) any other year.
You're right. Although Alford still had some bad plays yesterday. I was just saying I've been pleasantly surprised with Collins. He's still got a ways to go but he's looked decent.
Going to suck seeing Rodgers make impossible plays, but hopefully they can limit those or force a few mistakes. If the O line can just keep Ryan upright, the O will move just fine.
not sure their back end can handle us if we are clicking offensively. But Aaron Rodgers becomes superhuman at times so I am all
Rodgers has to be frustrating as shit to play against. He makes so many people miss sacks in the pocket.
Our offense should be able to move with ease, so just have to hope our D gets that 1 stop or 2. Lose the TO battle and we lose the game IMO.
Matt MillerVerified account@nfldraftscout Kyle Shanahan is the preferred candidate in San Francisco by many. I've been told that doesn't mean he'll get the job.
I think you would have your money refunded if you bought tickets before the game yesterday ended and the result was Dallas winning.
This season, Rodgers has 60 pass attempts in which he had five or more seconds, with nobody else in football getting more than 33 such plays in 2016.
Having RW last wk was some good practice for everyone this wk. Showing us on film who can contain better when to come up etc
Pretty much where i am too. GB OL isn't very good, ATL has some pass rushers. GB doesn't have much on defense right now. ATL has a very good chance to control TOP and run the ball. GB will get theirs on offense, it's just a matter of getting a few stops. I look at this game a lot like what a match up with the Pats would be like.
Yes and GB's OL is one of the best in pass protection. Combine the 2 and you get 60 pass attempts with 5+ seconds to throw
GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Jordy Nelson is still considered a bit of a longshot to play in Sunday's NFC Championship Game. According to a source, the Green Bay Packers receiver has a chance to play against the Atlanta Falcons, but it's only a small chance.
One shot on Jordy and he'd be done. I can't imagine even running with broken ribs. He'd have to be pumped full of drugs for that.
Twitter buzz trending toward Cable over Shanahan in SF. Would be very nice and Jed York is dumb enough. Apparently Kyle is still the favorite though
just walk around the gulch lot its a giant party and you can find people to drink with/talk to/toss a football around etc. I'm not going to the NFCCG but we did this before the last game and it was a blast.
any chance he turns it down even though he clearly wants to be a head coach? He's setup pretty well here, he could thrive again next year and have a chance at other openings. That 49ers job just seems horrible they don't have one single building block.
would be surprised if the niners were leaking they were going to offer him if he did not give them an idea he would accept it
The guy obviously believes in his own ability and has aspirations of being a head coach. And if we're being honest, going into the season it was more likely that he'd be getting fired than anything else.
Its possible. I would think he would strike while he is in demand. For all we know he could go back to being dog shit like he was everywhere else next year.
