Chile is probably the only poster other than myself that cares about these things, but I figured I'd start a thread where I can talk to myself about the Libertadores Final, Copa America, and user bstock's continuing struggle to come to grips with his homosexuality.
Brazil's roster: GK Julio Cesar - Inter Victor - Gremio DF Lucio - Inter Maicon - Inter Dani Alves - Barca Luisao - Benfica Andre Santos - Fenerbahce Thiago Silva - AC Milan Adriano - Barca David Luiz - Chelsea MF Elano - Santos Ramires - Chelsea Lucas Leiva - Liverpool Elias - Atletico Madrid Sandro - Tottenham Jadson - Shakhtar Donetsk Lucas - Sao Paulo Ganso - Santos FW Robinho - AC Milan Alexandre Pato - AC Milan Fred - Fluminese Neymar - Santos
Just think about the connection that Pato and Ganso are going to make together... ...in the treatment room... ...because they're always hurt.
Possibly Palermo's final goal of his career. What a way to go out. Golazo De Palermo Quilmes 2 Versus Boca Juniors 2 Clausura 2.011 fecha 17
There was a brawl at the end of the Santos match. Also River is down 2-0 after the first leg of the relegation playoff that had an awesome 24 minutes of stoppage because of a pitch invasion.
You really can't beat South American passion... Nothing like deciding to go to fisticuffs after winning your continent's equivalent of the Champions League. Danilo is going to be damn good http://28.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_ldhp46IkQk1qfvra2o1_500.gif
Oh my god, this is terrible! Can somebody please...................find Ja Rule? Get a hold of this mother fucker so I can make sense of all this. Where is Ja?
Universidad Chile is hammering first timers Godoy Cruz (Argentina) 3-0 at half. It probably should have been 5 or 6 in all honesty. Cruz's keeper stopped three 1 on 1 chances.
Sup guys....btw GolTv is now showing Argentinian League. Copa Libertadores is good but only after group stages. Chile > all of Latin America (yes even Brazilian faggots)
damn, upon further review, he punched the ball with his fists, but feigned injury. Riquelme not happy.
Very surprised to see him still at Santos. His fee is gonna be ridiculous. His style is perfect for Spain or Italy.
Gato, Are you South American? If so from where and what club do you support? also if somebody could tell me how to tag people I would appreciate it.
Nah, not South American. I grew up on the Mexican border, so everything I watched growing up was Mexican League, Libertadores, or Sudamericana. I like Cruz Azul and River Plate, for teams that are south of us. I've been wondering how to tag as well, ha.
I too watch Copa America.. Mexican by blood, but by birth. I dont really follow any Mexican club, but Chivas Guadalajara is my dad's fav since he's from there and I have been somewhat following Xolos of Tijuana for last few seasons since I live in San Diego. I try n follow River Plate as much as possible (Aimar, Saviola, & Cavenaghi were awesome in their early days there), but ever since being relegated, I dont see much of their games on TV or even in streams!?!! Pretty cool to see Trezeguet and Cavenaghi back at River. I had an awesome opportunity to have breakfast with the River Plate squad in San Diego before they played Pumas UNAM in 2004.. that was pretty cool. To tag a user, you type the " @ " symbol before the users name. So it would be like, @ el_gato ...except theres no space between the symbol and the user's name.
Xolos has been signing and scouting a shit ton of the past year and due to my experiences in TJ before I was 21, I'd root for them if I were to cheer for an MFL team.
River Plate is the only Argentinian team I can stand since Marcelo "El Matador" Salas blew up playing for them. Yeah it sucked that they got relegated, last year GolTV was showing Primera B games but now they are actually showing Primera A games live with one of the best play by play guys ever. If you get a chance watch the game of the week from Argentina on GolTV in Spanish, it's worth it just for the announcer. I wish I could follow more Mexican League as there are a lot of Chileans and other South Americans playing there and the level has increased dramastically lately, but I just cant for some reason. I only watch Chivas v America or the playoffs at the most.
