This is not that. Give the video a watch. There are several studies in this that show that raising your core body temperature through hot baths and saunas can raise a specific type of immune cell production. by no means is this proven, especially since you can’t have a study on corona yet, but he provides some really interesting studies and analysis that is encouraging absent any proven therapies.
