I'd recommend trying to just befriend store clerks and trying to get some info/help. Amazon/target/etc. online was a total shitshow. I went to a local grocery store, chatted up a couple of the employees and thanked them for their working, etc. and asked them what time the TP comes out. One of them told me put out shipments at 8 AM Tuesday and Friday, got one of the last rolls Tuesday morning at 8:01 after the senior hour finished 7-8 AM. Girlfriend is very friendly with all the folks at the local grocery store, asked one of the employees the same question. He said since you're nice and friendly and I know you, I'll hook you up, and brought out a roll in the back from some stash they were saving. I've also heard tips that some bars/restaurants are Postmating TP and that Staples / Office Max are best for online shipments.

England ran an average of 8,000 tests per day last week. That includes retests of medical personnel or sick, supposedly recovered patients. Their numbers may be more inaccurate than the fake numbers China came up with. We are doing a poor job testing and we are running more than double the tests even with factoring in population difference.
This is such a shit time to be a healthcare worker. Some hospitals are cutting hours bc the non covid census is so low. My wifes friend is an RN at a hospital and is only treating covid patients now. Not only is she being exposed for no extra money, but she is losing 12 hrs/week of salary, and cant do her side gig for 8hrs/week at a nursing home.
