Guess that is very good news because there's been a lot of skepticism about the efficacy of the vaccines coming out of China.
DeSantis with a nice self own. He outlawed companies from requiring vaccinations. Now Norwegian Cruise Lines (who is requiring vaccinations for all crew and passengers) will skip Florida and take their boats elsewhere.
Also a fellow at the AEI. Like 1 or 2 weeks ago he said that we should have fun this summer in anticipation of more bad variants blowing up in the fall
also quit under Trump because he was so against the shit that was happening. he was one of the best FDA commissioners in a long time, man. widely considered as such.
Literally on the last page that Gottleib quote can be found in the video in this tweet. He says we should consider removing those mandates as quickly as we put them in, not that all indoor masking mandates need to be removed asap. Spliff, just slow down dude and read what others post.
if you are in an enclosed space, being 6 feet apart ain't gonna cut it. Need the airflow, outdoor space, windows open, etc.
Is that language about "contaminated hands" a change that has come back or have they been consistent with that the whole time?
^ Not sure. Here's a summary of changes and updated guidance. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/science/science-briefs/sars-cov-2-transmission.html
Good time for Harsin to come out against the vaccine and half the Bama fanbase switches their allegiance
https://www.businessinsider.in/scie...with-the-coronavirus/articleshow/82437607.cms Lmao this rules and is also horrifying
Newsmax reporter who asked the idiotic question at the press briefing and Ben Collins going at it on twitter. It's really like these people are living in some version of a Tom Clancy novel with spooky conspiracies everywhere.
This reminds me of when I was extracting conspiracy theory confessions from my chud fantasy football league mate. Just drag it out of them in direct message on slack and then I pasted this long block of batshit insanity to the general league chat. lol found it: Spoiler "I'm completely fine ending this discussion. I don't believe in fact checkers. I don't believe in MSM, big tech. I'm confident in my sources. 9/11 inside job, Michelle Obama has a penis, George HW Bush involved in JFK assassination, John McCain executed for high treason, and of course widespread voter fraud. Most if not all of this information I've gotten from former military members or former aspiring politicians who got out of the business when they realized how deep the deep state was. There's a reason these people are at the bottom of the internet and basically "shadowed". There's a reason conservative people like Bongino Levin D'Souza are being over censored. There's a reason every local news outlet reverberates narratives verbatim"
You are overstating the strength of this relationship, old high school friend of the commissioner who I'm good friends with. Dude's mind is a rotting pile of goo. I stopped talking to him after that which was in November.
Ha....the lab. Does it matter what the lab finds out? Not sure what they think the lab will say but let’s assume it’s not what they want. Then it’s a “see, told you they had this shit protected so people can’t tell it’s a deadly disease riddled with microchips”. And fucking idiots on Facebook will agree.
Is it just me or is Nick Saban actually getting likeable. Used to despise him, but it's seemed the last few years that every time he's spoken has been pro vaccine, pro safety measures, pro players' rights, etc. Might not be much but CFB has shithead coaches like Dabo Swinney and Jim Harbaugh, so Saban has been a...breath of fresh air?
Jim Harbaugh, while being a terrible coach, has spoken up in support of Kaepernick, free legal aid for the poor, and the free one-time transfer for college athletes. Let’s not lump him in with turbo chuds like Dabo.
Oh he's clearly a tier (or two) below Swinney. Still a religious zealot who had questionable covid stances last year.
had this exact thought yesterday. I don’t know everything he has said on Covid so I’m sure I could’ve missed something dumb, but relative to the demographics of his fanbase and state he has pleasantly surprised me.
Dabo and his fake Evangelical hypocrisy has turned me into a Saban fan , hate how regionalized the sport has become but that is another conversation
Good to see that anti-vaxxers make a lot of noise, but in the end shouldn’t impact the vaccination much in Quebec. Think we’ve got a shot at 85-90% of the population getting the vaccine. (Graph is about % of people with at least one dose so far). Vaccination will finally be open to all adults by the end of next week and vaccination for teenagers could start this summer.
I’ve not wanted to beat the fuck outta someone as much as I’d like to face fuck that guy’s face with my fist in a long time.
Thete was also a nasal spray in the last legs on clinical trials that was apparently wildly successful if used early enough in infections
He’s great. Compare him to a piece of shit like Dabo. People that dislike him are either Auburn fans or people envious of what he built. He does and says the right thing 95+% of the time which is a breath of fresh air for a college football coach.
WHY THE FUCK HAVEN'T WE STARTED DOING THIS? I don't care what it takes, we need to get enough adults vaccinated so we aren't dealing with a billion variants constantly being generated.
Currently on a patio for the first time in over a year and I can’t do it. Full blown panic attack. Can’t eat and haven’t taken my mask off even though we’re on the patio. I hated being anywhere before covid and I think I finally snapped and can’t do it anymore.
felt a little bit anxiety picking up Mexican indoors about an hour ago , order was delayed and the place was slammed . going to take a while for me to feel comfortable eating indoors , unless the place is large and spaced out I’ll probably only do outdoor patios
