This was written by the girl who wrote the really “strong” obituary for her dad that was posted ITT. Good for her. Here’s a reprint: https://www.legacy.com/obituaries/azcentral/obituary.aspx?n=mark-anthony-urquiza&pid=196459145
Delta has used this threat, that if you don't comply you'll be banned for life. I hope there is teeth to thst threat
Got an email from corporate someone I'm guessing in grocery or stocking tested positive at my store thankfully it wasn't my department.
This is fucking August. Where the fuck was this serious tone in March, April, May, June or July. Everyone of these fucks should be in jail for their complicate role in the death of hundreds of thousands of Americans
Way to go MS! https://www.wlox.com/2020/08/02/harvard-health-official-miss-will-become-number-one-nation-covid-/
feel better today. Last two days were rough. Still a cough. Think the z packs and some other antibiotics I’m taking helped with all that though
I guess I did because you implied a virus that had about 11 cases killed 2 people was more dangerous than one with 4 million cases that has killed about 160,000. So either trump has been a complete fuck up or Obama saver 10s of millions of lives. Please explain your point. Your original post made it seem like this wasn’t going to be a big deal and sadly that is not the case.
When I posted that, it was just information I received. I didn't realize it would turn into a politically divided topic, and am annoyed that it has. What I meant is irrelevant, but I was trying to defend what the immunologist said. I took what he/she said to mean that it wasn't a huge threat to my life and the life of my peers (it isn't). Yes, the virus is a huge deal, but at the time of posting there was less known about the death rate. I only brought up Ebola anecdotally, since it was the first virus that came to mind that was highly contagious (or so I thought) and also very deadly.
you’ve been “beat up” enough about this already so i won’t pile on. Needless to say many have been wrong about this. What did annoy me is that Ebola has been brought up to illustrate that Obama was a fuck up by those who give trump a pass on how he has handled covid. If that wasn’t your intention my bad and we can move on.
I had flu like symptoms all week and my cough is getting worse going to go in and get tested because with that positive case any coughing ect is going to be on high alert
Can't imagine throwing your professional rep off a cliff in the interest of pleasing a carnival barker like Trump. Makes it even worse that Americans are dying by the thousands as a result.
Was in North Myrtle Beach with the family this weekend and was very surprised at the amount of mask wearing, I tried to stay out of any where public but from what I saw it was probably 95%. This is super Trump country so was really taken by surprise in a good way by this. Last time we were there was in April when I would say it was probably 5% mask wearing. On another note, Have to go to Eastern North Carolina for work about once a week and from I’ve seen it’s probably 20% mask wear. So bad that I won’t go into any stores and just bring what I need with me.
They're getting backed up because they have deaths who could be covid but they're getting backed up trying to test. Also coroners don't have to have any type of medical degree but have been told they're on their own
Late February/early March I was dismissing the whole thing as just another weird disease in China that had been mishandled by their government and blown way out of proportion. And then I read about what was happening in Italy and my outlook changed pretty quickly.
Someone needs to look into how he made all his money. He got rich as CEO of a shipping/logistics firm. But if he made this many mistakes, that business would have failed. Which would mean he was involved in some sort of drug trafficking. Which I believe he wasn’t. Which means it’s sabotage.
the next stage of all of this are the long term health conditions and how testing positive will be viewed as a pre-existing condition
This has crossed my mind plenty of times, enough to wonder if you have very light symptoms and are able to quarantine whether or not it’s worth it to get tested.
