AN EXAMPLE HAD TO BE MADE
Joey Doughnuts will always be in our hearts.
*Disclaimer- I love Led Zeppelin, but Tool's version is just fanfuckingtastic
Thats a given
although, it's been posted itt, you still got a like for it
:43 mark. SIAP
You're both so far from correct it's not even sarcastically funny.
Cover of Kelly Clarkson's "Since U Been Gone" by Butch Walker. Her version is ok, but I will take his on a shitty cell phone camera...
And because I never really liked Stevie Nicks, a moderately hilarious cover of "Leather and Lace,"
Cool as shit video, too.
I don't agree with your assessment of Nicks, but Grohl is my favorite musician of all-time, and I'll like anything he injects his sweet, awesome talent into.(some homo)
Fucking love Butch Walker
Like his voice, but I hate when people cover songs like this.
Just because he sings it better doesn't make the words any less ridiculous.
Remember seeing the trailer for Social Network the first time...thinking, "this movie looks horrible"(I ended up loving it)...and, "whoa, at the cover"
Exact same reaction/experience.
Some probably remember this. Not saying its better. Fucking Amazing cover tho
I'll give you that, but I think we can all agree that Kermit has the best video.
I'd imagine this might have been posted before
Not necessarily better than the original, but I adore these two Dylan covers:
This is just boner material right here
Perhaps the greatest cover of all time
I agree, but it is fantastic
obviously cant take nothin away from NWA, but...
Not sure if this has been posted but:
This guy's covers are pretty good imo. He's only 17.
Pretty funny considering it seems like they rip off that opening in every song they have
You got me into this band back on the old board, agree on this cover being better (although the original is good)
Nice. They toured like crazy last year all over the world, but I'm still waiting them to come within at least a few hours of Cleveland. I'm also wondering if they're going to do some new material. I read somewhere that they were going to, but haven't seen anything about it in a while.
I have no idea if this has been posted but
Never seen a guitar look so small
Probably because it's a ukulele?
Heard this on Pandora earlier in the week:
Not bad, but no where close to Bill Withers level.
Perhaps my single favorite piece of Jerry Garcia music ever made
These Days by Nico(Jackson Browne cover)
Infinite likes for this.
SIAP (and I'm sure it was)
