Shut it down
Seems like this will end well
20-0 so far!
Was this reference to the score is the game? Bc if so
Yep. It was a loss we needed to get what we need.
Game week so UofSC has finally announced its plan for student tickets. Lottery, and if you get a ticket for one game you can't get a ticket to any other games this year
Can you turn down the ticket and get back in the lottery for later games?
Good question...not sure. UGA is our last home game so there could be a bunch of people holding out for that one
Isnt that reasonable? I’m guessing the amount of student tickets is really low compared to requests. Wouldn’t this maximize the number of people that can attend a game?
It's reasonable given the pandemic but it just sucks...going to games is what turns people into fans for life. Hate to see students miss out on that opportunity. (Yes they are probably better off, har har)
right but wouldn’t it suck if some kid had terrible luck while another kid got into 3 games? Other than going the ND route, which I think is the best, students were always going to get shorted. Or were you expecting all tickets to go to students, in which case, I agree with you
The difference is ND only has about 9k undergrads and maybe another 2k at most of faculty, parents and people eligible. A lot easier to space 10k than 30k.
It's actually 1.6666 (repeating of course) steps back.
I doubt USC has 30k requests for student tickets. But either way by limiting to students you’d at least give them a chance at more than one game. This goes for everybody, not just usc. I wish Michigan would do the same but they’re not even having fans
We have ~12k student tickets per game in a normal year. 5k this year
I was in favor of PSU making it students only if they were going to let fans in.
Students ringing the whole lower bowl like a Duke bball game. Would be awesome
I know ADs are trying to recoup as much as possible, I’m just not sure the incremental revenue from limited season ticket holders does much
soon to add new orleans and las vegas, based on tonight
The Clemson experience was pretty pristine Saturday. No traffic. No tents. Room for your kids to run around at the tailgate. No lines for bathrooms, entry to stadium, concessions, etc. Plenty of leg room. Seat back marking your spot.
Wouldn't want it like this forever, but it's pretty refreshing for a season. (outside of the whole pandemic issue)
Your athletic department/school made a questionable decision?
Well there’s a first.
What is Clem Tech's plan? Or should I check with Anison to find out the real story
Check with Anison.
C’mon, don’t get upset when you know your school is shit and your AD is a baseball coach that’s clearly in over his head. Just live with it.
this is like a fireable offense in the SEC right?
Will Ryan Day have the guts to follow his lead?
That’s in addition to the four on Friday?
Does Ryan Day need help explaining why ND can play and they can’t?
Should be escalating fines. 1M next week.
why are they postponing when they still have 74 scholarship players ready to go?
Has anyone thrown around the word "widespread" regarding the outbreak?
Because of contact tracing that goes far beyond what’s used in health care
notre dame helping #teamcovid gain some ground here.
while it’s always better safe than sorry, this seems more than necessary but on the other hand I’ve always thought of ND as a disease so I guess it makes sense
This is what happens to your conference when you let in sketchy refugees, ACC.
You are much dumber than we give you credit for, fish.
