You can still get it and die with the vaccine. You can still transmit it to others with the vaccine. Prob a good idea to identify those people and quarantine them, vaxxed or not. I mean it's pretty simple. You don't ignore someone walking around with a deadly virus. That isn't how this gets fixed

The vaccine isn't the way out at this point obviously. There were pieces from months ago that stated as much and I didn't understand what they meant at the time. You have to get the spread under control which we've never done

you'll probably be getting covid boosters every year until you die, it'll be in the news periodically whenever a bad mutation (like delta) gets out, and yes there will probably be some restrictions crop up occasionally if a REALLY nasty variant gets rolling, the anti-vax stuff will fade over time as the partisanship around it fades as people move on to other topics to fight culture wars around
