UNC has kept the athletes in online classes every year so I’m not sure why this is hard for some schools
Amazingly, the University of Tulsa has just added online courses for the first time in the last 6 months.
They also have to pitch underhand. And if it goes into extra innings, they’ll use metal bats and bring in the fences 50 ft
agreed. If you cannot play 9 innings, don't play at all. Relievers would be pissed about that change.
if college football teams cannot put together a season, why are we even contemplating a high school season? these schools / teams have so little money and are run by bigger idiots.
Best part is all the worst outbreaks are in SEC states (FLA, Ga, SC, Bama, TX) but you're goddam right we're still going to power through
I think we're going to end up getting the 1st game and then all hell is going to break loose / shut down
I know of an entire women's golf program that as of right now is expecting one team member to report to campus this fall. Everyone else perfectly content to stay home, especially the international kids
Sucks cause players on shittier teams will be more tempted to sit out where Bama/Clemson/tOSU will feel like they have something to play for. Rich get richer
Might have a lot to do with the quality of a position coach as well. I'd think an OSU DL would value being instructed/going through drills with Larry Johnson for the rest of the year to be more beneficial than working out in a gym for the rest of the year. In the end, hopefully they all choose what they are most comfortable doing.
