I worked at Chilis for about 6 years and half-price triple plays / triple dippers were a major contributor to me going from weight-lifter highschool me in 2004 to having to take a break at the top of the stairs me in 2010.

 

Before our Chilis got closed down I was a Smokehouse Combo guy; brisket quesadilla, cheddar jalapeño sausage and chipotle chicken crispers. God lort

 

I was somehow unaware of this smokehouse combo...what a time to be alive.

 

Sir I would highly suggest giving it a try. Those were my favorite three options.

especially with a frozen margarita machine

 

Also it’s a lot of fucking food so I’d save the crispers for lunch the next day. Brisket quesadilla is best not reheated.

 

We went for my friends bday on cfb conf champ weekend. Watched the whole big 12 game there with 15 friends at the bar. Split a triple dipper and some deserts. Drank for 12 hours that day and that’s all I ate and was never hungry. The triple dipper is magic.

 

Had some Cajun Pasta the other night with a gift card I found.

Overall was delicious but they overcooked the fuck out of the shrimp.

Chilis garlic bread is unbelievable
