If you have a fire TV. It's basically useless as a stand alone device from what I read. They also talk about how it will be able to integrate with PS Vue which is the most interesting part to me for two reasons. 1. Vue DVR is fucking garbage, but is getting better 2. If it can pull in a "data file" like something from Vue, hopefully this is the start of the home-based DVR solution in the streaming space.
None of those RedZone stream links will Chromecast so I just did the free trial with fubo TV on my Roku which includes RedZone so I guess I have it figured out for this week I guess
I did a free trial of YouTube tv and running a dummy gps/location so I could watch my bears.... it worked and I’m in love!!
http://buffstreamz.com/watch/nfl-9.php RedZone Stream I don't think you chromecast from mobile device but you can from PC.
Vue That's right I've become a cunty cord cutter which by TMB regulations dictates that I mock your different ways of achieving the same result
I will probably ultimately end up youtubing, but DTV raped me for years so they are out. Sling was way more expensive for me and I am now invested in Fire devices which makes switching tougher. Anyhow, I am still happy. $49.99 a month and I don't need to worry about that shit going up $80 because some bullshit package expired. I will probably switch when Sony pulls the plug on this. Other random thought, I have no fucking clue on earth why they decided on Playstation Vue, it's literally the dumbest name they could have come up with. SonyTV or something like that holds so much more weight. Can't tell you how many people I talked to who thought they needed a PS to use Vue.
I've had Vue for the last year and really like it. Granted, YouTube Tv is not available in my area yet.... Just tried the free trial of Hulu Live and absolutely hate the setup. It's hard to find anything. I wanted it to work because we also have the normal Hulu and thought I could save money by that just being included with Hulu Live.
One of the minor things I really like about YTTV is how you can completely customize your channel lineup. I've got the 4 big networks listed first then all the sports channels in a row, then all other crap after that. I hide the kids channels and the Spanish language channels.
That app is garbage. I found it gives significantly fewer results for each episode, even when using it with Real-Debrid. For example, I just picked the next episode of The Path that I haven't watched yet and I got 8 total links, only one in HD. Using the Yoda add-on with Real-Debrid and I got 176 results, 43 of which were HD.
Dude we get it everything is trash compared to what TTV was but you're not giving people any other option that isn't Kodi (which is also trash btw)?
Kodi is great when you got a good set up. But setting it up is not the most intuitive. However, it shits all over Cinema APK.
Did a search on youtube for best terraium to put on my firestick. A lot are saying there are still issues. Has anyone found one working consistently?
Y’all need to get Kodi Solutions. $8 a month and you get literally every channel. I bet it has 50+ sports channels including RedZone and all the NFL/NBA/MLB etc games
Ill have to look later today for the specific version, but I downloaded the updated terrarium from troypoint and haven’t had any issues with it.
we need a different thread for all the people troubleshooting Kodi/Terrarium etc issues and how to fix.
The android community loves it. It seems like its the best android tv box. When I watch YTTV on the big screen, I use chromecast/apple tv and on mobile i use the app, I have no issues with the interface or responsiveness.
Anybody still use MyStreams? Just noticed today that they don’t have either football game on there. They’ve got the NCAAF game, but only in Spanish or SkyCam
My decision months ago to cut the cable and live that YTTV & Netflix life has just been reassured as an excellent decision even more. I've been paying $55/mo for 100 Mbps internet. That's the "introductory" rate so in 3 months it was going to go to $80/mo. Anyway, I just got a letter saying my complex is entering a "bulk agreement" where we get 100 Mbps internet for $25/mo. Sweet deal! Before I cut the cable I was paying $190/mo for my cable & 15 Mbps internet combined. That was without Netflix too. Now I'll be paying a total of $75/mo for faster internet, YTTV, and Netflix combined.
I have the option for fiber at my new house. I'm paying like 180 a month for internet and cable now. Debating cutting the cord.
Had a 100 Mb internet and very basic cable (no HD, no box) package and Comcast bumped my speed to 250Mb/sec for some reason, so that's nice. I'm pretty happy with my setup now Comcast Internet HD Antenna Youtube TV Netflix Movies from Torrance
love YTV adding sports packages through the app. got nba league pass and it just adds it to your channel guide. they have a similar agreement with mlb tv too
