Well that was the most complicated line so far. But we made it through it. We got the $20 we were going for and we succeeded. Orlando has a game tomorrow so I won't be on at all tomorrow. I should have my picks done tonight for tomorrow so I will be posting the plays later tonight for Line 4
if you have a bunch of bets that start at the same time do you extend one line ie. 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 etc... Or do you always just start a line with 4 numbers 5 5 5 5 and play 2 best there then start a new line 5 5 5 5 every time you add more bets before you know the outcome of the previous bets? Thx and I am slowly getting the hang of this. I like your system BTW....
The reason I did this. I accidently made the last two plays $20 when they should have been $10. But since the 1 play was cancelled because the starters did not start, I acted like it was just the same play used twice.
GL this week to you both. Debose, how many lines to you normally have going? I haven't been following long enough to have a "usual" amount of lines, but 2-4 seems about right.
If you were to want to do multiple lines at once you need way more than $300 to start with. You lose a couple and your dwindling fast. I like to keep it at 1. But like I said, basketball/football season its GREAT. 1 Play Today TO WIN $19.45 - Orioles/Giants Under 7.5
Yea I can atest to that. Cleared a couple lines in no time and then this weekend set me back big time.
Debose, If I have a line that started at 10 10 10 10 and after a few wins and losses looks like this: 10 11 23 bet 1. 10+23=33; so I bet 25 to win 33 Lost bet 2. 11+0= 11; so I bet 12 to win 11 lost Will my next line look like 10 11 12 23 25? No matter what I will be wagering with 3 lines and to win 81 dollars on the next go around(I get that), but what does matter is the order of the numbers because of the juice(the cost to win that 81 dollars). In the order I mentioned first I have to place bets to win 35, 34, and 12. If we put the line like 10 23 25 11 12 then I have to place bets to win 22, 34, and 25. See the difference. So I know you said you always put your original line numbers first which is the lone 10, but how do you determine the order of the next numbers when you have two losers? Also, I see what you meant about having too many lines going at once. Rough night and this is 1 of 4 I have going. Thanks for your help and I think once I understand this part I will have it.
It looks like that $33 bet you bet an underdog? If you bet an underdog you bet the amount at RISK. So you should have risked $33 to win $40ish. But it really doesn't matter how you do it. But your question, it really doesn't matter. Your still going to get the same results once you clear the line. I remember about 2 months in I was in a huge slump. So I messed with my numbers because I was running out of money fast. What I did was For Example 5 10 15 20 50 I divided everything out. To make my line look 5 5 5 5 10 10 10 25 25 Made is smaller bets but I needed more to win.
Very cool and thank you for taking the time to help me out. I think I will just do my lines with any of the original numbers first( the lone 10) then follow that with the whatever order the bets lose. So say the 25 to 33 game is over first and a loser then I will go ahead and plug that in while waiting for the outcome of the other game. That bet was the RL with Sf giants at +135, thus the difference. I actually had forgotten the whole risk/win concept except I do try to make more "sure" picks when the amounts are higher. GL today....
Nice. Im glad. The key part of this system is DISCPLINE. You won't see the rewards for a couple months. But after that, you're money will keep going up.
I put together a pretty simple spreadsheet to keep track of this system if anyone is interested in it just pm me.
Any updates? I'd like to get into this, but I've only bet a few times and it was to a bookie(not on internet). I'd like to watch for a bit more and then jump in.
5+17.73=22.23; $26.45 to win $22.23 - New York Mets -119 5+17.73=22.23; $24.45 to win $22.23 - Pirates/Cubs Over 8 -110
D4H, if I had some disposable income and was interested in getting in on this, but don't have the gambling itch right now, should I wait for FB season? Or do you think I should just jump in now and see how it goes? I don't mind losing the $300, but I don't want to piss it away.
I've found a good system to use along the D4H's line system. It's a 1st inning prop chase system so you can have many bets throughout the day and keep lines moving instead of only having 2 plays a day. I'm still monitoring it some to see what the results are like because I haven't collected a lot of data yet. If anyone want's some more info about it pm me. I'll post some more on it later, but I gotta run now.
I am sure you checked already, but make sure your book has all of the plays in the chase. My book usually only offers about 3-4 1st inning props. Would suck to get a couple down with the winner coming, but you don't have the option of betting it. My GL...........
I sent you a PM. Did you get it? Also D4H, do you have to make 2 bets or can you do one? I don't play too often but I like this system. Lost my ass on it last year fast and had a bad season and was also making other plays. Trying to be more disciplined this year with it. Giving up some other plays to see how it works.
I didnt get your PM. You can do one if you would like. It's just like your making the same play twice. I don't reccomend it though.
Question on the line betting. I had a few numbers left in my line. TO make it easy, we will say I had 5 15 and 25 left. So my two bets were 33 to win 30 and 15 to win 16.25 on ML bet. I lost both Is my new line: 5 15 25 33 Or is it: 5 15 15 25 33 ?? Thanks!
It is the second one. Since it was Originally 5 15 25 You lost both games so you add the two losses to your line to make it 5 15 15 25 33
bump. So I'm going to give this a shot just for fun - might as well be a degenerate with a system. So I started tonight with Portland who won, so my line now looks like: 5 5 Is the idea to fully bet out each line every time, or am I ok here knowing I'm locked into a single bet at least for right now? (hope this makes sense)
