Ok, we're going to merge my league and Z's league. Will be: Me Z SBMoney Jheat nosaints bigd lucky? mj That's 8 that I know will be VERY active. I'd like to advance 3 times a week. I'm open to suggestions on conference setup and teams. I'd like something new. Maybe no 6* programs? Just something new.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) Something new sounds great but only restricting to no 6* programs leaves a lot of VERY good teams on the game open. I would not mind seeing us do something along the lines of only allowing user teams if they are one of the lower 2-4 teams in a BCS conference. Also while I liked the 1 conference thing, that is a lot of user games and makes it difficult to get all the games in. It may be better to just let each team stay in the conference they are in and then just make sure that each user plays 3-5 user games every year. just my
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) Yeah we are scrapping them and starting a new one. We are trying to find 8-12 with 10-12 being preferred of very active users who will get their games in. If you know anyone who fits this description let them know and get them in.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) I'm going to run down the 6* programs and this is all the teams that would be left. I'll try to list some nice 5* teams. 6* Bama UF LSU Michigan ND OSU Oklahoma Texas USC 5* Auburn Boise FSU UGA Miami Nebraska Oregon PSU Tennessee Utah VT WVU Of the 6*, I'd say ND and Michigan would be ok to use. Rosters aren't great and they aren't used much, so they'd be new to play against. As for the 5*, I'd rather someone not play with FSU bc they are always used. UGA and Nebraska would be borderline bc they are used a lot as well. If we take those teams out, I think we'd be looking at a new mix. Thoughts?
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) If we do this without FSU I want WVU. Devine would be unstoppable. I would likely run for 5,000 yards in one season.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) I want to be a northern team bc I've never used one. Probably ND or Michigan. I want some snow games late in the year.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) Leaning to Michigan right now. 6* program, but a turrible roster. Evens out, IMO. ND wouldn't be fair compared to the other teams bc they are a 6* with a sick passing game. If everyone is ok with Michigan, that's who I will probably use.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) That's what I'm thinking, but I'm ok with whatever.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) OK thats straight im cool with whatever everyone else decides
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) im in, getting beat by sb made me mad and i want to start playing more. i'll be nebraska.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) Read thread. Nebraska is out. Trying to use teams that aren't used much so it'll be something new and different.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) Z balked at me taking ND bc they are too good. If not for that, I would have taken them.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) Tonight or tomorrow. We'll get going Sunday night.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) oregon. i like the idea of recruiting at ut but i fucking hate ut.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) Aight. I might get some invites out tonight.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) I really wish I could play with ND. :curses: Perfect setup for me with a good passing game. I am going to absolutely suck with Michigan. Maybe I'm the only one that thinks this, but I think it would be fun as shit to just take 3-4 hours one night and everyone get on and only recruit for like 3 years. Sim all the games. That way, we'd all have new rosters that we'd all recruited. Is anyone else up for that?
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) Does anybody else like the recruit for 2-3 years idea before we start?
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) you DBL What teams are left? I will be back around 4-5 today. You can PM me. Or just pick team for me. Pass happy plz
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) Just read the OP and pick someone. Doesn't have to be one of those. Plenty of other 4* teams out there.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) I'll take Miami then. And I would rather not skip three years. But I wanted to know if we are going to use the updated rosters.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) Yea, who has the best ones out right now? Someone normally does some based off how people are doing this year. We used those last year when we started over. Remember? Wookie48 or something like that did them last year.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) What's the consensus on ND? Ok to use? If so, I'm using them. Sorry nosaints. If they aren't, I'll take Michigan and nosaints will have to get a new team.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) No ND. Also DBL lets get this shit rolling.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) tbqh only team I was really feeling was Oregon so I guess I won't be in this league =[
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) That's not a whole list of teams. Plenty of other 4* teams. Clemson is a good one. UCLA would be fun to recruit with in Cali. That's more just a list of teams that we can't be and then some 5* teams that are out there.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) you know of a link that shows every team with 5* and crap?
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) You can be any team in the country that's not a 6* (those were listed in OP), FSU, or Nebraska. You don't need a list or anything. Just pick anybody.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) I'm trying to find some good updated rosters right now. Download the rosters from luvtotha9s and tell me what you think.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) Invites sent for Z, bigd, lucky, and nosaints. Waiting to hear from jheat and sbmoney as to who they want. Michigan really sucks, BTW. Worst team in the dynasty. :curses: Almost went with PSU or UGA, bc they have much better rosters, but went with UM just bc I like them.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) Crap! Forgot to edit conferences. I don't want to have to edit schedules every year, so I'm going to kill this one and start over.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) On the updated rosters, here are the team overall, offense, and defense... Michigan - B B- B Oregon - B B- B+ (got hosed IMO) Miami - B+ B+ B+ WVU - B+ B+ B+ (overrated) Auburn - B B- B
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) Nevermind, I can't send out invites until I have all teams bc I have to edit the conferences before the invites go out. Z, can you see who sbmoney wants? I don't have his #. I texted jheat to see who he wants.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) I also prefer multiple conferences instead of one big one. Too many user games, poor record teams, and fun. If we go use lesser teams give us a chance to build them up properly and keep interest. I would say 3-4 conf preferably.
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) What about 2 conferences? We could do 8 teams, 4 per conference, 2 per division. Thoughts?
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) im godo with that. Going to look for a team now. Gimme 5
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) Can't decide between Okie St Tennessee Clemson TCU
Re: Dbl Dynasty (2-4 spots open for very active PS3 users) Okie St is dirty in Year 1 with Robinson, Dez, and Hunter. Tennessee has a nice FR class with Bryce and should be able to recruit well. Clemson has a lot of talent on the current roster. TCU is meh right now, but recruiting Texas would be fun. Tough call. All could be fun.
