First one had no business being that good and it was entirely thanks to Lin's directing. That one set piece that slow zoomed in and out of the action was mesmerizing.
I remember laughing my ass off when this song came on in the movie. Pitbull should be tried for a war crime because of it
Ah. So that's what they're doing. Interesting choice. I was looking forward to AQ2 anyway, but probably more so now if I'm hearing you correctly.
Ya I think it’s too early to do that plot point but then again I don’t get paid millions to do movies.
I don't know which plot you guys are referring to but it doesn't really matter going forward does it? It's all being reset.
Who really knows? Momoa has said before Aquaman 3 is happening but then there’s the rumors of him playing Lobo.
Can't believe some of you guys liked Blue Beetle - it's probably the worst super hero movie I've seen in my life. Poorly acted throughout, cheesy beyond belief and a villain that lacks all credibility. The only things worth mentioning are the suit and the Brazilian babe playing Jenny - apart from that... yikes. If I was the type that walks out of movies, it would have been after about an hour.
So, hot take... I watched the extended version of Batman vs Superman yesterday and... I kinda enjoyed it. Still very flawed with a lousy last 30 minutes - the Doomsday battle was just crap CGI - but most of what preceded it was quite strong. The thing that surprised me the most was Eisenberg's Luthor - horribly miscast, sure, but the character worked. Ten steps ahead of everyone and just an evil SoB. In short, it wasn't anywhere near as bad as I remembered. Justice League, on the other hand, is terrible. I'm watching it right now and it's much, much worse than I recall. Awful script, cheesy acting, lousy editing, and god awful CGI, especially Steppenwolf. I find it hard to believe the Snyder cut turned this piece of shit into something watchable, but I guess I'll see shortly.
I watched this and man of steel the other night. I like both. Some very good ideas in both and also some head scratchers.
Ehn, I disagree - I think he was a major problem with the movie. Probably the biggest. Well, after the Martha bullshit, obviously.
BvS was fucking dogshit, Snyder seemingly has a complete misunderstanding of what Batman and Superman are as characters. Like there's no way this guy read any source material. It's offensive to me that anyone would cape for that piece of shit film. JL was trash too, y'all searching for a golden nugget in a pile of dogshit. I'd prefer to pretend those movies were never made
