The only other sniper I can think of is the Vanguard sniper. It can roll triple tap/rapid hit so that's solid. There's also the slug shotty from the moon. But I think that's basically it.
ada coming back to sell armor mods and a randomly rolled armor set each week. banshee will be doing weapons mods and two randomly rolled weapons from each slot each week.
all of my loadouts have burning cells, global reach, wrath of rasputin, power of rasputin (i think thats what its called?), and warminds protection. except the one thats blast radius and 4x firepower
Just depends on what you are doing. For the GM this week I'm using protective light. Some of the artifact mods too like focusing lens and sundering glare.
The GM Nightfall this week is pretty brutal man. Might be one of the toughest nightfalls I've ever seen. Up there with D1 Bond brothers with solar burn and grounded on.

What the hell? That's super weird. Might ask on Reddit if anyone else has had this happen. That would suck to lose that. Side note, I've been using this nuts stasis grenade build I saw on Reddit. It's incredible. Been using it in the GM this week. Everything frozen all the time.
Yeah, with max discipline and recovery and x2 bomber. Can't remember the names of the fragments I'm running. But I always have turret up, sometimes two. It is really fun.
It's really good for this week's nightfall. So many fallen that run up on you. I'm also running a truthteller with blinding nades and demolitionist on it so that helps the build.
As far as weapons or subclass? I always run top tree dawnblade. I know shadebinder is probably the strongest right now but I just hate stasis in crucible so I refuse to use it. As far as weapons I get bored so I swap weapons a lot. But in trials I use Igneous and Chaperone.

It was awful last year. Just do bounties. It has something to do with strikes I think I saw this year from a datamine. I'm not expecting much from this last month of the season to be honest. Just going to do the last couple of GMs for conquerer and that's probably it.
the game gets much better the further removed from the activision era we get. i expect we get the same sort of progress the further we get from luke smith. as always, the only thing i truly want from the game is srl back. and more viable legendary kinetic special weapons i guess. like mountaintop.
I agree the game is heading in a good direction. Now that sunsetting is dead hopefully the weapon situation takes care of itself. I hope they add some better weapons to the Nightfalls because the Palindrome is the only one I care about. I'd like a void 750 smg.
I've been visiting spider a lot more lately. Doesn't help that I always infuse something for 1 extra power level, lol.
If I could make loadouts with armor, I probably wouldn't infuse those as much. But I don't have the attention span/memory to re-mod all the time.
I've got like 4 sets of masterworked armor now just so I don't have to swap out mods so much anymore.
I'm probably going to grind GMs this week for a good Palindrome since I can just run Arms Dealer. Will be much easier to farm.
i bought jotunn last night. didn't play that season and never wanted to do the grind later on. after two years of dealing with that nonsense i've earned the right to be toxic for a while. and i will enjoy it.
I don't really have much of an issue with it. I don't think there are four sets I want to transmog anyway.
