Given Collins' history, seems like they'd almost be better served cutting him now than benching him or playing him part time.

 

Also, based on the overthecap site, I don't think a Decker trade is possible due to the cap. We'd need to clear around $7M more to be able to move him if that site is correct. Once they can release Crosby that would clear around $2M, but I don't know how they could do the rest.
