Should have never traded Plumlee
I’ve been saying this since it happened
I swear I saw something on Twitter recently that if Bagley plays more than 40 games, his qualifying offer goes up by ten million.
Detroit GM Rankings. Big drop off between 3 and 4
only one you can make an argument against is Weaver over Avila.
Big drop of between 1 and 2 if you ask me. Avila has lucked into some solid prospects based on sucking so long and getting a lot of top picks. His signings and most non top of draft picks have been poor. Weaver is too early to tell imo. Holmes too, but early results not great
Vinegar Strokes ?!!!!! Never
And instead of Avila, just put Hinch
lol Stew already in foul trouble. Garza is going to play thirty tonight.
Bey completely forgot how to shoot 3s
Bey and Grant playing a shitty two man game is really unappealing
Allen being guarded by Garza is not ideal
18 point 8 turnover 1st quarter. This offense is unwatchable at times
not if you’re a fan of playing like shit for Chet.
Last year, Bey averaged 10 FGAs per game. 6.5 of them were 3FGAs.
This year, Bey is averaging 14 FGAs per game. 6.1 of them are 3FGAs.
This is not a good thing, and it's really annoyed me that the beat writers keep talking about it like it's a positive since the start of summer league. 1 of his 5 FGAs tonight is a 3.
Miss the net for Chet is in full force
8 FG made, 11 turnovers, 6 fouls
Bey 1-8, Hayes 2-8, Beef Stew only 2 points. Last year's 1st rd picks struggling again
Does this team even run an offense? Most possessions it seems like randomly pass it back and forth a couple times at 3 point line until someone tries to take it solo. That or drive the lane and hope to kick it out to someone who will then miss an open 3 or turn it over trying to pass to them
Who runs the offense. Him or Casey?
Ball has not gone through Cade at all in 2nd half. Bey has been a black hole when he gets ball and missing everything at the moment
And turnover by Cade as I'm typing
Luka vs Taco
Killian airballed another 5 foot floater tonight
Our 1st rd picks last year 83 minutes 11 points (4-25 shooting).
Killian is what he is and Stewart just got killed by fouls tonight so I'm not too worried about him but Bey has reallllly regressed and this team needs his shooting to be even remotely competitive.
It's only been 3 games but Lee is putting up insane numbers in the G League. Bring him up and send Hayes down.
Lee is averaging 38.3 points in 38.6 minutes per game in his three games in the G-League so far. He’s also chipping in 8.7 assists and five rebounds, looking like a prime Oscar Robertson (joking) in the process. Lee is shooting 55.7 percent overall and has hit 51.9 percent of his 3-point shots on nine attempts per game.
Beeline has to go asap.
Team is missing a lot of open shots, but I think the larger problem is the offensive strategy....there really isn't one. A lot of guys playing one on one on offense
I feel like we don’t have anyone operating as a lead guard, so when we get into the half court we just have guys doing whatever they want.
James Edwards is going to block him
Weaver and Holmes are both #4 in the Detroit GM sports ranking Vinegar Strokes
they both haven’t been good.
Yeah and Avila sucks too. Only 1 good GM in town
Team sucks. Not one thing fun about watching them at the moment
Hey Vinegar Strokes do we shoot over or under 30% from 3 tonight?
ill go over. Prob 35%
over/under 9.5 missed shots by Cade?
Can you transmit Covid through sucking on someone’s balls? Because Troy should get tested if so.
O/u Bey missed shots may be a higher number at the moment
Also o/u 0.5 airballed shots within 5 feet of basket for Hayes?
Yo DetroitNole . O/u 10.5 missed shots for Sadiq?
I'm going tonight
Over 10.5 missed shots on Bey
Over 9.5 missed shots on Cade
Under 0.5 air balls inside 5 feet on Killian (because he won't shoot one)
Over 30% from 3 (barely)
Although I'll probably watch wings Over them tonight, Wings at least have some guys worth watching right now
Apparently Killian was good tonight. Would be nice if that continued in some form.
Killian is actually shooting 43% from 3 now, 9-16 this last month
He's still only 12-48 from 2
Hopefully one day Cade can shoot it like Killian.
Side note - it bugs me way more than it should that Cade is listed at 6'6. I liked 6'8 a lot more.
