She’s homeschooled, and didn’t go to college. That explains a lot https://www.linkedin.com/in/emily-waldon-79139042
Yo smeegsgreen . I’m thinking a 1-9 road trip. That home stand was a little disappointing at 4-7, but it is, what it is.
I started following this guy a week or two ago and I kind of like it. He pretty much just watches Tigers' minor league games all day and tweets about. He also hates Avila and the rebuild to this point, if you're into that kind of thing. https://twitter.com/confusion_reign
I think she made the whole thing up as a ploy to make vin jealous. Hopes that may finally give him the courage to ask her out.
Good thing Avila and crew don't believe in the idea of plate discipline. If they did, we wouldn't have been able to set a record tonight.
Teams that work counts and get walks have destroyed baseball as a spectator sport, but they win championships. Avila is a moron.
I do. It's really long and, honestly, not really worth the read. The only interesting part of it I thought was the only quote from someone not named Skubal “The stuff is obviously big-league caliber. Everybody talks about the fastball but the breaking balls and changeup are real. He throws a ton of strikes and when he's really right, he locates well to the edges. I've got him pegged as a really good mid-rotation starter right now," says an American League scout.
We're the worst team in the league and have been putting out awful line-ups all season. I think today's might be the most awful line-up I've ever seen. Reyes Lugo Castro Dixon Rodriguez Hicks Demeritte Rogers Beckham If we designated all 9 of those guys for assignment tonight, I'm 90% certain that Rogers is the only one who would get claimed on another team's 40 man roster.
Seems like they've really cut down on the innings of all those guys in AA in recent weeks. That's a good question, since I think they're going to be in the playoffs. Haven't read anything about them shutting anyone down.
Avila in charge of the Twitter account tonight, it seems. I thought it had to be hyperbole when I read a month or so ago that Meadows bunts for a hit once a night, but I think that might actually be the case.
