Ugh this game has taken way too long to make. Deus Ex on the PC is in my top 10 all time games no doubt and this one looks fucking great. Who's koppin'?
I loved the first one. It has been a long time. This one is looking pretty good. I will more than likely get this unless the reviews aren't good.
Before the game originally was pushed back some media people got to play it and said it was a ton of fun. They all seemed genuinely shocked the game was delayed for some extra development. I can sense being disappointed as was the case with the first sequel to Deus Ex but still, I am gonna' commit myself to being optimistic.

PC Gamer UK gave it a 94%, Xbox Magazine UK gave it a 10/10 and Official PS3 Magazine (UK) gave it a 8/10.

never even heard of this series until i saw this thread this morning. played for about an hour so far but still in the tutorial phase i guess; haven't gotten the point where it's not linear. pretty nice. not a fan of fps but the quick scan of reviews say there's enough rpg in it.
pretty good so far. on the 1st mission. im trying to be all stealth but it's pretty tough. lot of bad guys to avert. so far so good with the game though. only minor gripe is the voice acting is a little stiff sometimes.
Got to the non linear part. Pretty awesome, I like how you can choose your responses to other character. Bribe people for info.
Got 6 days off starting this morning. Should I buy or just continue beasting in BfBC2? Not exactly cash strapped but with Gear3, ME3, BF3 and Skyrim all coming out soon (except for ME3) I'm not sure how many more games I can budget in. Really need to know if it's worth it.
all reviews have said that its a little bit of everything. i don't like shooters that much unless its great multiplayer. is it mostly FPS?
Yeah its FPS but I am playing the game straight stealth. It isn't easy, and it isn't always an option but it adds an extra challenge to the game. It's just a ton of fun.
Been playing a ton. I love it. Perhaps I am biased because I loved the original but this is a top ten 360 game for me.
I think I like what a lot of people here like. I finally just beat Oblivion and loved it. Fallout 3 is probably my favorite 360 game but Oblivion and both Mass Effects give it a run for its money. Deus Ex would fit comfortably in that top 10 though.
Have not played yet. Had to rush out of town and will not be able to play until sometime this weekend hopefully. It has been sitting in plastic at my house for 2 weeks now.
Took me like 30 tries. I hadn't upgraded my armor at all and she would straight rape me. What I finally did was lay down emp mines in the middle area and when she charged, try and lure her over it. Then lay into her w the heavy rifle. You can find some mines in the lockers around the outskirts of the room. Other than that run and gun.
