German drama with English subs about a soldier from East Germany recruited to spy in West Germany during the early 80s. Only seen one episode, but seems pretty solid so far. It is being shown on Channel 4 here, I'm guessing it'll be available on Torrance soon.
Sundance aired it last June. It's solid. Fyi I believe its mini-series in that it's those 8 episodes and that's it.

this aired on Sundance in the states. One of my favorite shows on TV. Great soundtrack too. Think I had started a thread on it before the crash.
did a rewatch of Season 1 which helped a ton since it had been a while Season 2 seems to be going strong as well
Deutschland 89 premiered last night. No english subtitles, yet. Sundance will have english subs airing October 29th but would guess UK tv gets it before then.
Quality bump. Binged both seasons during the quarantine times and liked them a lot. The 80s nostalgia stuff is great, too.
I really enjoyed this show, even if I thought S3 was the weakest of the bunch. Some really great 80s nostalgia and Cold War vibes.
