It's a shit post by some weirdo who happens to live in Barron and is the same ago ish as the suspect from today

    Cliffs from a reddit user

It was a thread where OP (in another sub?) posted some very odd and specific questions and comments about the case - what kind of sentence the perpetrator(s) would get, if the suspect was mentally disabled, could they just get house arrest and probation rather than prison, or of they could be released from prison early if they show good behavior. Made up scenarios of what happened - such as one person (the mentally disabled person) taking Jayme away before her parents were murdered by two others, meaning he was a good guy. He was accused of being a pedophile, and he responded to this by mentioning that his 17 y/o friend had sex with a 13 y/o and that it wasn’t rape. Said he only had sex with 18-19 y/o because that was when women were in heir prime. Some of his comment replies were about sympathizing with the perpetrators because they are people too,

I don’t remember everything but that it what stood out to me. It was just really odd and specific.

    This is his OP
How much time do you think the people in the Jayme Closs case would get if they are caught? Do you think they would get out after so many years of good behavior, if so how many years? What types of plea deals do you think could potentially be on the table for them, and under what circumstances? Do you think they would have to stand trial in Barron, and if so do you think they would get a fair trial? Thoughts & Opinions?

I highly doubt this asshole knows a fucking thing or even lives in the state of Wisconsin. But regardless the cops should track him down then put a fucking bullet in his head because he has very clear pedophile proclivities and will probably molest/rape numerous children in his life. They ought to do the universe a favor and put him ten feet under.

Are you making death threats to me? That in and of itself will get you time in the pen.

I'm no pedophile. But my idols in life are people like Steven Tyler from Aerosmith and Jimmy Page from Led Zeppelin, both who have a long history dating teens. I for the record though never have and never would have sex with a girl under 18, because that is the legal age. Although my buddy who was 17 had sex with a 13 year old, which was consensual and legal, and she was hot because if she didn't tell you she was 13, you would have thought she was 18 at least. She was extremely promiscuous.

    [–]maythefoxbwu4 points2 weeks ago
Yeah, I am sure after reading all this it is me the police would be interested in. Not.

    [–]barronbowhunter-38 points2 weeks ago
Your allegations of me being a pedophile are not in any way welcomed... your information will be subpoenaed from Reddit and my attorney and I will be seeing you in court for libel and defamation of character.

    [–]maythefoxbwu1 point2 weeks ago
By the way, it is absolutely fantastic that you are going to get law enforcement involved. They are going to be very interested in talking to your adult friends who raped a 13 year old girl. Their cellmates in jail are also going to love hearing about how they raped a child. Should get them real worked up to tear both your buddies' anuses into the Grand Canyon. Guys in jail just love pedophiles. Oh, and I do mean LOVE. Lots and lots of LOVE.

    [–]barronbowhunter0points2 weeks ago
My adult friend didn't rape anyone. My 17 year old buddy had consensual sex with a 13 year old, and 13 & 17 are both considered minors. I had nothing to do with the matter.

    [–]maythefoxbwu5 points2 weeks ago
In most or all jurisdictions in the United States, a 17 year old is committing a felony by having sex with a 13 year old. It is legally rape. What state did this happen in?

    [–]barronbowhunter-3points2 weeks ago
In a state where anyone under 18 is legally considered a minor.

    [–]maythefoxbwu1point2 weeks ago
Doubt it. You seem about as well versed in the law as the hypothetical retard you keep mentioning, assuming you aren't the tard of course.

It’s not as simple as saying this person would automatically get X years in prison. What really happened that night, plus the age and mental state of the suspect, are all considered.

How do you think it would play out if there were 3 perps involved, however Jayme manipulated one of the perps who may be mildly retarded into "saving her" from her parents? In which case this perp would be even more so a victim than even Jayme, and perhaps the other two perps were the ones that did all the dirty work... If Jayme were still alive do you think the mildly retarded perp would have a good chance on getting off with nothing more than house arrest and probation? A good example to show something similar... The West Memphis 3... Jesse was/is mildly retarded and it was Damien and Jason that did most of the violence.

I'm just trying to understand what the actual legalities are in this case as well as trying to find out what the best possible options are for the perps

Why do you care about the best possible options for the perps?

    permalinkredditceddit
[–]barronbowhunter (deleted by user)-28 points2 weeks ago
Because the perps are human beings too... I'm sick and disgusted by this witch hunt to round up the perps... everyone thinks they are some kind of monsters... however fact is that we are all monsters... we all sin, and all sin is equal... I'm sick of all the hypocrites... Jayme has enough "thoughts & prayers" already... my thoughts and prayers are with the perps... they need them more. I like to play devils advocate, and I care more so about the under dog in situations.

Why did you pick a scenario with three guys, one of who is mentally retarded?

    [–]barronbowhunter(deleted by user)2points2 weeks ago
Well, there are two vehicles involved... wouldn't you expect that one vehicle was there with a person to abduct Jayme and take her away before the other two went inside and took care of business? I mean, doesn't it make the most sense to you that the perps would have taken Jayme first to shield her from being a witness to the murder and to not traumatize her with those images? I for one, would imagine Jayme was probably at least a mile or two down the road with one of the perps before either of the parents were shot by the other two perps.

LE stated that she was home at the time of the murders.

    permalinkredditceddit
    [–]barronbowhunter(deleted by user)-2points2 weeks ago
She was home before the murders, how would LE know though that she was at home when they were being killed????????????

LE has not made any such statements to say that Jayme wasn't home with her parents, abducted and THEN her parents killed... LE has NOT said that that in fact did not happen in that order.

It very well could have went down like that. It makes the most sense.

If they did it to save Jayme, then why not spare her having to see the actual violence.

I think that yes LE stated Jayme was at home at the time the perps arrived to the house, but I believe the perps took Jayme out of the house and drove off with her before her parents were executed.

Another conversation between him and another user

    [–]ClementineKruz868 points2 weeks ago
I don’t know the answers to those questions, but I think that the killer will be caught eventually, and the consequences will be at their worst if they don’t turn themselves in. (extremely unlikely that they would anyway).

    permalinkredditceddit
    [–]barronbowhunter-14 points2 weeks ago
Well, what could be worse than life with no parole? Certainly not lethal injection, because we are all going to die eventually, a perp would probably die of natural causes before lethal injection would ever be carried out anyway. It doesn't look like there's any real incentive for the perps to turn themselves in, if every day they are free are in fact the only free days they will ever have again anyway once they are caught. Little girls can be very, very manipulative... so with that said, I just can not place all the blame on the perps, we simply do not know their side of the story yet. But my thoughts and prayers are with them.

What are you a fucking pedophile?

    permalinkredditceddit
    [–]barronbowhunter-7 points2 weeks ago
Pedophile? No. But when I was 18 years old I knew a really hot 13 year old that was sleeping with a different older teen every week. My 17 year old buddy got to have sex with her. She looked every bit of at least 18 years old herself. Some girls mature faster than others. And if they are already extremely sexually active, personally I don't really see how it makes much difference. But for the record, I've only had sex with 18 & 19 year old girls. Those are the best anyways. 18 & 19. That's when they are ripe. After that, it's like an expiration date on milk and loses it's excitement.

    • Closs was found at Eau Claire Acres, a small development about six miles east of Gordon, Wisconsin on Highway Y, according to the board chairman from the Town of Gordon. The Douglas County Sheriff's Office said on Facebook that a citizen (supposed retired social worker with a ex police detective husband) phoned in the information. She was located at 4:43 p.m. on Thursday and a suspect was taken into custody at 4:54, according to Douglas County.

    • Engelhardt said she believes Closs will be home Thursday night or Friday. She said the family does not believe Jayme is physically hurt that they know of, and that the FBI told the family she is talking and answering questions.

More details about how Jayme was found:

Residents of an area of woods and cabins about 9 miles east of Gordon, which has few year-round residents, described the dramatic moments when Jayme was found. Kristin Kasinskas, a teacher at the nearby Northwood School who lives on South Eau Claire Circle with her husband, Peter, and children, said that around 4 p.m., another neighbor walking a dog frantically knocked on the Kasinskases’ door.

Standing with her was a skinny, dirty girl with matted hair, wearing shoes too big for her feet.

“This is Jayme Closs! Call 911!” the neighbor said to Kasinskas.

Jayme was quiet, her emotions “pretty flat,” Peter Kasinskas said.

The woman who found Jayme asked that her name not be used, saying she was exhausted and unnerved by the dramatic events of the day. In a phone interview late Thursday, she said that Jayme “came up to me and said she wanted help.”

She said she was pretty sure who the girl was, adding that most everyone who lives in Wisconsin has seen Jayme’s photo on the news or on posters hung up by businesses.

Any doubt the woman had was erased when Jayme gave her name. The two quickly made their way to the nearest home — that of Kasinskases’.

In the 20 minutes Jayme was in their home, the Kasinskases tried to make her feel more comfortable, they said. They offered her water and food, but she declined both. Kristin introduced Jayme to their new puppy, Penny.

Jayme told the Kasinskases that she didn’t know where she was or anything about Gordon. From what she told them, they believe she was there for most of her disappearance.

“I honestly still think I’m dreaming right now. It was like I was seeing a ghost,” Peter Kasinskas said. “It was scary and awesome at the same time. My jaw just went to the floor.”

For their part, authorities declined to release any details late Thursday, but plan a 10 a.m. Friday news conference in Barron County.

Jayme disappeared Oct. 15 from her rural home about 2 miles outside of Barron, where her parents, James and Denise, were found shot to death. She had not been seen or heard from since. Several intensive searches took place in the area, but none yielded any clues, and for weeks Fitzgerald has been saying that authorities have no new leads.

    Everywhere, tears of joy

Sue Allard, Jayme’s aunt, overwhelmed and crying, could barely express her joy after learning the news. “Praise the Lord,” she said during a phone interview, between sobs. “It’s the news we’ve been waiting on for three months. I can’t wait to get my arms around her. I just can’t wait.”

Allard said she and other family members didn’t have a lot of details about what happened, and they were asked by authorities not to say too much about what they do know.

Earlier Thursday evening, Fitzgerald had knocked down a rumor spreading on social media that Jayme had been found in Walworth County in southeastern Wisconsin after people reported a large police presence there, saying that it was “false news.”

“That was just fake stuff that was out there,” Jayme’s grandfather, Robert Naiberg, said by phone late Thursday. But the news he got about 7 p.m. was real, he said.

“I’m going to hug her. Squeeze her,” Naiberg said, his voice cracking. “I’ve been in the dumpster for three months.”

The news that Jayme had been found alive swept quickly through Barron, a town of 3,300, and well beyond its borders. There were tears of joy, gasps of disbelief and shouts of gratitude.

Jasmine Hightower, manager of the McDonald’s in Barron, said people are full of unanswered questions, but that for now they’re just happy to hear that Jayme is coming home alive.

Pamela Currans, who was working the Thursday night shift at the Subway in town, said she never gave up hope. “I stayed positive,” she said. “I knew she would be found alive.”

When she learned the news, Currans said she cried. “Tears of joy,” she quickly added. “This is very awesome.”

    • Jayme was inside the home when her parents were killed

    • Search warrant for house is going on right now to determine how she was kept for so long

    • They don't know if she was ever in a secondary location

There was an odd fact about the back door. Maybe he was stalking her, planned and she was able to escape initially until he chased her down.
