she is not
i've just accepted i live in a poop world at this point
Prob for the best. Godspeed
napping after her reign of terror
Give her some Imodium and white rice
Good looking pupper there.
Cleared for contact after two ACLs. Knees have healed faster than her hair has grown back.
Go to the vet. They'll give you something that'll fix her right up
Take her and/or a sample to the vet, shitting in her crate seems a little beyond normal bowel issues unless it was a long day. If she caught some sort of bacteria they can put her on antibiotics and straighten her up.
Most vets will culture a sample w/o examining the pup if you’ve seen them before.
just got back from dinner. no crate accidents and actually pushed out a tiny turd. we may have gotten through this
Have to go put this one down in about an hour. Breaks my heart. We've only had her for 3 years but she came with some pretty bad health issues. Developed a nasty corneal ulcer in her right eye and the infection is spreading despite antibiotics. She's had bad hip dysplasia which hurts her bad but she's a tough pup. Always happy and a great dog. Today is going to suck.
So sorry man
Sorry for your loss
She's protecting her 3 week old brother
And doing a terrible job. Someone got to him with a sharpie with her sitting right there.
So sorry ReturnSpecialist , great looking dog. Glad you were able to give her 3 loving years.
Cool looking pooch you got there T-dog.
Did the shits stop?
My aussie/poodle mix has figured out how to open drawers. Walked into the bedroom to find all my workout shirts strewn about the room. We also have a drawer we keep all his toys in.
First few times I just figured he lucked into it, but saw him today just sit down, lift his paw and put it on the handle and pull like it was something he has done all his life.
Aussiedoodles are smart as shit
Yeah we don't let him outside without supervision, but his sister likes to sunbathe so we let her in the yard and close the door. If we aren't by the door and she is waiting to come in, the aussiedoodle will ring the bell to let is know she wants to come in. He just lays by the door until she gets ready to come in and then let's us know.
Our puppy (she is 11 months now) is scared of thunder and fireworks
Vet said cbd might help
Anyone have experience using it?
yeah i told myself that i was gonna go to the vet if she didnt get better by monday. luckily that morning she was good to go. roommates dog also had diarrhea last week so must have been a bug going around or she got into his food by accident
meeting new friends at the dog park
I’ve tried CDB for separation anxiety and it didn’t seem to help much. I think I might Need to up the dosage tho
Also - this has been discussed a few times itt but check your dog food
shocked that bullshit “grain free” diets are on the list
grain free is not really a thing in dogs or cats tbqh
they will be more allergic to proteins or pollens/grasses than to actual grains or gluten
its just another marketing gimmick food companies use to trick humans with human food similarities
My dogs ate taste of the wild for years
We went grain free because our vet told us to. Big dog food has gotten to the vets.
Yeah mine suggested that I first got my dog. This study started in 2018 so it's still new info
IDK I fed flash a different food and she had all kinds of skin issues. She was constantly scratching and had bald spots in the area. Switched her to a grain free and they went away. Undoubtedly it could have been something else but I am sold.
Gus has recently got in the habit of sitting in my lap while I’m on the computer. Notice his back legs off the ground.
you don’t have a head
Wowwww do you just go around pointing out everyone’s handicaps you rude asshole?
more like Joe Withoutahead
I hate to break it to you but that’s a horse
Yep. That's why I feed my dogs nothing but corn syrup. They seem to prefer it because it's easy to eat without teeth.
This reads like a mom blog anti vax/pro essential oils testimonial
what protein is in the food if there are any
Awwww I miss Paige. I bet her and Blue would like each other. Unlike Nymeria, Blue actually likes other dogs lol.
Paige may be the friendliest dog I've ever met.
Dude I'm sorry. Its gonna be tough but she knows that her 3 years with yall have been the best 3 years.
Blue is seriously slacking on his sacred duty to keep moles and shit out of the yard.
Took Blue to what will hopefully be the family vet this morning and he started out so good. Then flipped his shit when he got out of his collar before they examined him and they tried to put a slip lead on first then a slip muzzle when he started biting and nipping. Little shit head has a real issue with us touching his collar at all. We've got to break him of that and quick. Anyone dealt with that before? It's not a new behavior but we've slacked on breaking him of it and have to step up our end of the deal. Normally if you grab his collar he drops down and rolls over on his back doing that damn mailgator roll. He doesn't bite at you aggressively or growl or anything but he does bite and nip. Even though he lets go and doesn't clamp down or break the skin we definitely don't need that to continue.
I always thought Science Diet was just bullshit that paid vets to peddle the food mostly because if I recall correctly, you used to only be able to buy it at vets. Guess that's not true, glad I switched Blue over to it.
My 13 month old lab seems to be having allergies and now I'm interested if it could be the food
Never even thought of that
