What about alcohol
Sounds like you can still vape as long as it's tobacco flavored. So apparently it's to not let the beasts that are addicted to cigarettes off the hook getting their nicotine fix without tasting tobacco
Only cheap light beer
Worked for Popeyes
next ole nanny state don is going to make us get a license for making toast in our own damn toasters
darryl perry is a golden god
lmao @ knowing toaster guy's name
i may or may not have recently watched this video
This is a phenomenal video. He gets so mad
You can still heat up alcohol, pour it over dry ice and vape it. I'm sure its much better for you than nicotine. You should try it.
You shut your whore mouth
Toast must fight this
hasn’t it been that way for awhile
Yeah, I switched to edibles awhile back.
Whole video is amazing but skipped to Perry's "segregation in the south was not due to racist business owners it was racist legislators"
Or if it just...ya know...has no flavor. Your vape doesn't have to be flavored.
I think JUUL even came out in support of the ban as long as it doesn't include mint and menthol flavors because they argue that their product is ostensibly a safer alternative to cigarettes, and people are less likely to switch over from smoking without those two flavors.
that entire libertarian debate is incredible
The only downside to this is that we won’t have Shu to make “service industry” jokes when it happens.
Or the Shitpit morons to make racist jokes about it too
I can't believe I've never seen this before.
How do we determine who owns the land?
"We'd have a coming together of sorts"
You realize this is all a ploy right? It’s obvious what Trump is doing. He only brought up banning flavored vape juice now to distract the storm Area 51 group. For the next week they will be so up in arms about not being able to vape, they won’t remember that they had a date to see them aliens on the 20th.
I see this as a Don't Tread On My Rights issue.
As someone who used a vape to quit a 10ish year smoking habit, this makes me a little sad, as having flavored juices is a big draw to getting smokers away from cigarettes.
But, as mentioned in an earlier post, as a teacher I can get behind it because this has become almost an epidemic among middle school/high school kids and this should be a effective deterrent to them picking the habit up.
An Xtreme Lib is just a liberal from the 90s
Barron definitely got caught vaping, right?
I’m so glad I watched this
True Libertarianism is just one step away from anarchy.
I cannot stop laughing
I drink a lot of diet mountain dew and am an active part of the vape lifestyle thanks to my Instagram. Therefore I am more of an extreme lib than you.
I'm going to rage against the machine if they try to take away my passionfruit punch Vapes.
This is a good development for my black market vaping enterprise.
top comment is so good
There are so many other great debates Sam has had. I'm on my phone but just search on YouTube for Sam Seder Libertarian or browse The Majority Report's YT account.
"i don't know what time the sun will set on june 31st of 2102"
"well you can look that up"
If this is to defer kids, why not put age restrictions on purchasing like actual cigarettes?
Glad to see this administration tackling the truly troubling topics of our era.
What's next neck tattoos and Trans Ams where will it end
Thought there already was
Is kids buying cigarettes an issue? That's not something I see.
That's because kids think cigs are gross unless their parents smoke. Vaping is like making chew berry flavored and selling Mike's hard lemonade. They know who they're going after.
Oh, I never used it so I had no idea. Then why ban them?
I'm just waiting to see how this benefits Trump?
I'm guessing in 2-3 weeks we find out someone with big connections to tobacco companies or something lobbied trump and his smooth mushy brain decided to make it a big deal.
But aren't condemned prisoners and people facing firing squads allowed a last cigarette? Why should it be different for school children?
Knowing people who work in middle and high school, these things are creating a new generation of nicotine addicted people and they may be causing real lung problems. I just don't think there's a medical consensus on what happens. Real good result regardless of why.
Wait what's wrong with Mike's hard lemonade?
