I think the acid spray radius getting nerfed at early levels is pretty big. Can't hit multiple jungle camps with it anymore until level 8 which will delay radiance even further.
Acid spray radius from 625 at all levels to a scaling radius that is significantly smaller But HUGE nerf was his ult cool down went from 45 second to 55, so with octarine core the downtime went from 8s to 16s

Just had a centaur buy echo saber in a solo queue game. Said he wanted the mana regen. Asked him about getting pipe. Said it was useless against sniper, dk, bloodcyka, lc and weaver. And I wonder why I rarely play solo.

Axe's is fucking insane. On centaur, most pros like Universe get +damage, but that's because they are efficient with their mana. Fuck that, I'm using hoof stomp to farm! Also, We had a LAST PICK JUNGLE TIDEHUNTER WHO SKILLED GUSH FIRST. wep. He had 893 net worth at 10 minutes and was level 4. Didn't matter and We won because I had near free farm as centaur solo top and our Lina just shit all over their invoker mid so the two of us went 28-5. Also, tranquil boot nerf was actually really significant. Win rate for tranqs on axe, slardar, centaur went down by 3-4% due to the -2 armor nerf. Side note, win rate went up a couple % on Riki and CM due to big buff in + movespeed. If riki takes the +15ms perk at level 10 and goes tranqs, his movespeed goes from 290 base to 395 if not attacking. That's craaaaaazy. Centaur wasn't touched in the patch but dropped almost a whole 1% on win rate just with boot nerf.
Triple post, but not sure how they could possible buff spec, WK, and Zeus to get them in the pro meta. They are all over 57% pub win rate and not even touched in competitive.
Yeah I was gonna say it seems like it's been buffed for supports and nerfed for offlaners. No longer need an extra item slot for wind lace or to spend extra gold on it and 2 armor doesn't mean a whole lot for squishy supports that pretty much die any time they get jumped on anyway.
They'd have to completely rework Zeus to get him in the pro meta. He's never been in it for the ~2 years I've been following. He's just too one dimensional a hero. Like his magic burst damage isn't much better than SF, Lina, Invoker, Ember, but all those heroes can right click as well, and there's nothing special about him to even make him a niche pick. One of those heroes that's great if the other team doesn't itemize correctly but super underwhelming if they do. Also is maybe the worst mid in the game at hitting towers. Wraith King is another hero that gets much worse the better the opponents are. (Just gets kited and ignored while the other team kills your back line, then dies twice) Spec I don't think is too far off from the meta. The game would just have to slow down a little more like it was when he was picked often last year. Right now it's not picked for the same reason Dusa and Morph aren't. Take too long to come online
