I'm not sure that I'd even be offended by "faggot" if I was gay. It's really the last bastion of hope in the lexicon of words meant to do harm. Nothing quite has the same feel, sadly.
New PubKing, highest win rate after patch? Spoiler Spectre. 58%. Benefits from slower meta, less 5 man meta, more time to slow farm meta.
Newbee v Liquid has been a great matchup. So much fun watching the 4pos at a professional level, also Miracle and Matumbaman plays.
Played my first ranked games in a week or two, got demolished by a 5K SF with 2.9K party mmr in a 3 stack. Yikes.
IG vs IG.V. They live in the same building, train on separate floors, scrim bo5 vs each other every day, eat meals together. Just played game 1 of their bo2 and IG's MK just taunted the whole game and dropped branches in base so he could blend in as a tree branch on the ground lmfao
Just played his Dark Seer build. Oh lord was that fun. Went echo sabre and took the +120 dmg at 15, and build solar crest. Melted down most heroes. Then we needed a silver edge for BB so built that for fun. It probably wasn't optimal but holy shit was it fun.
Also I was completely unaware you could force staff homing missile. That's a pretty cool little trick.
Lina tier 1 carry during DAC. Crazy. Level 10 -30 second respawn and early bloodstone = unlimited uptime with 0 death timer. 81% win rate in 21 games. Magnus 70%+ win rate even with RP nerf simply due to empower. Cool to see him as the new slardar roaming 4. MK getting a ton of play at the 4 as well.
Been wanting to play more Lina. Going back and forth on whether it's better to go soul ring straight into bloodstone or soul ring, Eul's, and then back for the bloodstone. Have seen pros do it both ways and can see the merits of either.
Euls has great value on her for movement speed, regen, damage, and obviously setup. Have to get it early.
Hello user George Zimmer don't be a stranger this is a safe place tell us about yourself and your latest dota bad beat don't feed the swiggle.
I took a break on centaur after gaining 350 mmr playing nothing but him in ranked for a month or two, but oh god I forgot how amazing he is vs shitty players. As long as there's no necrophos, timber or LS it's nearly impossible to die once farmed
Playing bot matches/sandboxing is a great way to improve imo. Able to focus on getting better at hero mechanics and farming patterns without giving a shit about the result.
Yes hello Dota 2 thread, I will actually be available tomorrow. Anyone want to try to put together a battle cup team?
I love OD but I have to itemize less than optimally because I can't use more than like 3 active items to their full potential and basically all of OD's best items are active except linkens.
EG wins a really close BO1 vs Wings. Wings used brew/Invoker meme to get 2 lanes up. Sumail Lina was absolutely crazy, universe on offlane puck and roaming MK Zai were clutch
