well today sucks. this is the guy that sold me the Rolex http://miami.cbslocal.com/2016/12/14/arrest-made-in-key-biscayne-home-invasion/ and this just happened tonight right before closing a customer accidentally put in drive and not reverse
The watch was from a home invasion and the store was destroyed by someone putting it in drive and not reverse
Police picked it up today. We may get the money back cause the watch goes into evidence until trial unless the owner of the watch wants it back sooner which he would pay us what we gave the robber and then he would get the money back through restitution, but the kid is facing life
That sucks about someone driving into the store. What kind of steps do y'all have to take to secure the place for now?
The Alarm still will work and we're having it boarded up right now. should be good for a couple days before we can start reconstructing it
Lol like the sexual position in which both partners simultaneously give AND receive oral stimulation, right?
This a Rolex, the thinnest water-resistant watch in the world, Singularly unique, hand-crafted in Switzerland, and water-resistant in three atmospheres. It tells time in Monte Carlo, Beverly Hills, London, Paris, Rome and Gstaad, and retails for $6995. This is THE sports watch of the 80s, sir.
Nole0515 Do you deal in gold coins? Im wondering what I could get for some 1986 American Eagle $50 ms70's
Your coin weighs 33.9grams at 91% gold. Melt value is 1197. If I were to sell those on Ebay, PayPal takes 3% and Ebay takes 90 on the estimated 1500 dollar sale. Which I would make 1365. My profit is 365 on something I paid you 1k for. At best you'll find someone to pay 90% nowadays
2 questions about the above conversation - Nole0515 - 91%? I always thought that these bullion coins were 99.9% or something. I buy gold bars and always assumed the coins would be the same purity. Hogview - I saw that website when you posted that. Why is the ms70 3-4 times the cost of normal gold? I guess the target buyers are coin collectors and not gold investors?
A friend of mine called his uncle that is a jeweler but gave my friend to another guy that deals in that stuff. He said 69 you could get right at spot from a collector, but 70 is where you can make more, depending on the year of the coin.
US minted gold coins are 22k. MS70 are flawless non-circulated coins and his is a proof. as far as prices of those I saw a few websites that value them at 4kish but seeing how they actually sell the price point is much different and doesnt give you that much more of value increase
Hogview , sounds like your coins are basically trash and I would be willing to take them off your hands for a minimal feel. PM me for details.
