thought I made a post on the private board and you along with everyone made fun of it being a basketball ring
so how deep are the discounts ? say I wanted a Taylor guitar that would sell retail for $500, what could I get it for at a shop ?
Taylors have a really good resell value so with a big baby or 110 you're looking at paying 75% of retail
It all depends the better brands(Gibson, Fender, Martin, Taylor, Breedlove etc) hold their value better than most but it all depends on the make model and year as some are more desirable than others as manufacturers make changes to them
If you did I don't remember seeing it. And you know me and FSU memorabilia. I wouldn't make fun of the shittiest piece of authentic player memorabilia. I had actually never seen a basketball lettermens ring. Ive seen some football ones and even a FSU football hall of fame one.
If you'll check how many weeks prior on the pic you'll notice it was from July 4th. We can't really shoot fireworks in town so we just had sparklers and some small stuff.
Check out this 500 dollar ice chest that does no better than that 50 dollar one next to it. It also weighs a shit ton more. Only thing yeti is good at is marketing. People swear by those tumblers, but I've never used one so I have no idea if those work better.
I'd be open to a tumbler because everyone swears by them. I have a blue yeti roadie and hardly ever use it. My cheaper ice chest work just as good and weighs a lot less. My yeti was free and will probably be given another one this year. Ebaying that bitch for sure.
he'll be fine with something in the 300ish range new or used. Just tell him you'll upgrade it if he sticks with it
Yeti's hold ice significantly better, I don't know what you're talking about. Source: Taking one to every festival I've ever gone to.
The Tumbler is amazing. Absolutely blows a tervis out of the water. Still not gonna buy a yeti cooler.
Orcas are cheaper, just as good on ice and are made in the US, unlike Yeti. Not sure if you get a neat sticker for your car though.
I figured if you were in the pawn business you either could verify it for yourself or knew someone who could. It was really just an excuse to use Fugazi
Two pawn shops had no interest in my old Pioneer receiver and speaker system today due 2012 age. Getting donated to my buddy's entertainment room.
Yes, I paid $45 and it's my dedicated cup around the house and truck. Keep a tervis full of water at the office. The RTIC were listed from $35 to $45 with shipping, so I paid the marginal difference and got the Yeti. You'll be amazed, come back 12 hours later and there is still ice and it's the best sip of cold water. Lid needs to be sippable is my only critique.
You might be right, I just know yeti's hold ice very well. Better than a cheap cooler. That's not really debatable. Also, I don't have any stickers because I don't own one, so step off your sweet horse up there man. I don't own one, it's my friend's. I'm not saying there aren't equivalent coolers, dickheads. I'm just saying, from personal experience, a yeti cooler can hold ice in the middle of June for 4-5 days in Tennessee while every other cooler we take needs a new bag of ice at least twice.
The sticker comment was unnecessary. I apologize. Both great coolers. Yeti was the only game in town for a while. Was mainly pointing out that now there are plenty of equal options for better prices and US made.
Really? I bought two rtics as gifts recently for 40 bucks total. I admittedly don't know what they used to be priced though
Have any record players? Looking to get a beginner one. Never had one before, so trying to go as cheap as possible in case I don't like it. Edit: Is your shop in Tallahassee?
